I am so grateful I found Dr. Higgins and the OptiLight IPL treatment for my dry eyes. After only one treatment, my dry eyes stopped watering. I was able to wear my contacts again. I didn’t wake up with gritty eyes that were crusted shut. I felt like myself again. I’ve completed all four treatments now, and it feels like we reversed time on my eyes. Dr. Higgins took the time to listen to my condition and was openly invested in my results. He truly cares about his patients. He was thorough in explaining the process, talked me through each procedure in terms I could understand and literally performed a miracle on my eyes. The experience has been life changing. Thank you to Dr. Higgins and his entire team.

I am very thankful to have found Dr. Higgins. This has been one of the best doctor experiences I have ever had. Ewelina, Gabby, Brianna and the rest of the team at this office are very nice and welcoming! I had been struggling with dry eyes from meibomian gland dysfunction for about 13 months before coming to this office. During that time, I saw 5 other eye doctors, who were unable to give me any relief from my symptoms. When I met Dr. Higgins for my first appointment, I was really impressed by him and his knowledge of dry eye disease. I remember having the impression that “he’s got this”. Furthermore, he’s also just a really nice guy who truly cares about his patients. You can tell that he is passionate about being a doctor. During my first appointment in January 2023, when Dr. Higgins assessed my meibomian glands, he stated that there was basically no oil coming out. Over the past 9 months, I have had 6 IPL treatments and done several rounds of platelet rich plasma eye drops. I am thankful and happy to say that the glands have been making great progress healing and I feel significantly better than I did on the day of my first appointment. As an example of my improvements, my mom had to drive me to my first appointment because my eyes were so dry and uncomfortable that driving for 50 minutes from my house to the office was just torturous. Six months later, in June, I drove for 4+ hours from CT to Philadelphia in one shot. My healing as a result of Dr. Higgins and these treatments has significantly improved my quality of life. I can’t recommend this office enough! Thank you!

My whole family comes to this office, My husband and I see Dr. Maglio who is so friendly and professional. My two children see Dr. McCleary who is just wonderful with kids. The doctors made time for us when we had an eye emergency and treated us like family instead of a weekend inconvenience. The staff has always been nice and explain everything and the wait times are not long at all. The ease of checking in is a breeze.

I have been a patient of Dr Maglio for more than 30years. His office and practice has grown and changed over these years, but the quality of service and personal attention has remained the same. I trust them implicitly. I rely on their expertise and all patients are treated like old friends and family. Best optometrists anywhere!!

The pediatric eye specialist was not only highly knowledgeable but also incredibly patient and gentle with our little one. Dr. Russo is top notch. Answers any questions you might have in plain language (no doctor-speak). Very personable. Overall great experience.

I have to have cataract surgery and my eye doctor sent me to see Doctor Russo. he is a great doctor and the whole staff is very friendly., after Doctor Russo examined my eyes and said I do need surgery I told him i was going on vacation and he asked when and I said in two weeks and he said not to worry they were booked for two months???? I just went for my eye scan and decided to go with the special lens that improves your eye sight to almost 20/20, but the machine for that eye scan was not working so I have to go back. I am glad it was not working because 1) it would have put a big strain on my budget and 2) i researched it online and found that there can be some problems like at night seeing halo's and also the colors could be slightly off. I am not saying it happens to everyone that gets the special lens but to some. And with my luck I would be one of those that have issues.. so I am going to tell them I just want the regular lens that Medicare pays for. I will have to wear reading glasses but that is okay. as long as I can see better then I can see right now. They in no way pressured me to get the better lens I just decided to do it myself. Its after I left that I had second thoughts about it and again the research I did on it helped me decide to go with the regular Len. .

I had no idea how bad my eyes got over the years. I went to Doctor Ouellette and he repacked both lens in my eyes. I can see like I was a young man again. The staff at Bristol Eye Associates is warm and friendly and Doctor Ouellette is the most outstanding friendly doctor I have ever met.

Other than the fact that Dr. was a little late for my appointment (he's always running a little behind), the visit was great. Very thorough and took a reasonable amount of time considering everything they do during my exams. I have been going to Dr. Robinson for years now and I wouldn't even consider changing. Techs and Office folks very friendly and helpful. The best.
