Contrast level test
To get an objective result, follow these conditions:
- The distance between your eyes and the screen should be at least 50-70 cm.
- If you wear glasses or contact lenses, you should remove them.
- Do not squint during the test. Try to keep your head straight.
- Make sure that the monitor and your eyes are at the same level.
