Upon arrival, admin staff were prompt, thorough, and pleasantly friendly. I did not wait long, about 10 mins, considering I was a new patient, that's hardly a wait.
The eye tech took me in for a preliminary evaluation and was super efficient and quick. Waited for my eyes to dilate and I was called in shortly by Dr. Alva.
Dr. Alva is so personable. Listened to my concerns and answered all my questions with thorough explanations. He was to the point with certainty. That's what you need from a doctor. The last thing you want is a shaky answer and for you to come back or have the doctor leave to consult with another doctor on your condition.
