Terrible. Their website says they are open on Saturdays with an appointment. I called to make an appointment for a Saturday. They told me they were not open on Saturdays. I said your website says you are. She said she had to ask someone. Put me on hold for a long time. Came back and told me I could have an appointment three weeks later on Saturday. Took down all my information, and confirmed I had a Saturday appointment. I show up for my scheduled appointment. No one there. That day I call. No one answered. I left a voice mail to call me for an explanation, and a new appointment. No one returned my call. On Monday I call for an explanation, and for a new appointment. I'm put on hold for ten minutes, and it goes to voice mail. I leave a message to call me for an explanation, and to schedule an appointment. Two days later, and still no one has called me. If they treat you like that, do you trust them with your eyes?

If you really want to get upset, If you really have time to waist, If you really want to used your insurance and get nothing more than the biggest headache on your life used this clinic, Nothing more than excuses and nonsense, the costumer service here is a reflection of the owner and staff with cero client respect. Don't come here You will wait forever.
