Went to their optical shop to get a replacement pair of glasses Alexa was super helpful in working with me on pricing and explaining things in detail. Staff was very professional!

I love the kindness and concerns that Dr Burk has however this year I got my glasses from Beckley instead of Central..The beckley staff are not friendly at all.I did not receive the same service with my glasses @Beckley ..they did not try to accommodate me..it is totally different @ Central eyeglass store..wasn't able to get anti glare and transitions this year..they wanted more money..they also didn't explain insurance and warranty.They didn't tell me that glasses didn't come with a case...To me I should have received the same service as last year but they didn't even try and wasn't too concern.It's difficult to see without the anti glare in which I chose wide frames and again no instructions.and I was used to driving with transitions now I need sunglasses and probably need to change restrictions on DL.Beckley store has poor custumer service.

The best eye glass place very helpful and convenient!! You leave happy.
