I went to East West I institute only to get prescriptions put in some glasses that I already had. But while there I did purchase another pair of glasses. I was treated very nice the feedback that I received in regards to some of the glasses that I tried on was really good they made sure I left. They are satisfied, which I am satisfied.

Closed their location without notifying patients - extremely unprofessional and disrespectful after years of loyalty. Then proceeded to hold medical records hostage - - would not return several phone calls requesting copy of prescription across multiples days. They hired a fake answering service to avoid their customers - - repeatedly promised East West would return my call, but day after day failed to do so, until they finally disconnected the number. Worth ophthalmologist practice in history. RUN AWAY. Their contempt for their paying customers is unrivaled. Reporting to Better Business Bureau.
