I recently had cataract surgery done by Dr. Stuart Kaufman. His entire staff took time to answer my questions and concerns. My granddaughter would accompany me to my visits and always had questions for Dr. Kaufman and his staff. They took time to answer her questions. I am loving my new eyes and the clarity is amazing. Recovery was easier than anticipated. I'm grateful to Dr. Kaufman for this new lease on life. I would recommend this office if you are in need of cataract surgery. Thank you so much.

I was just there today and from the start, I was given practically a book to fill out my medical information. I thought, to save time, I filled this all out on your website. I mentioned this to the front desk and she said that they do not use the information off your website! I told her what a waist of time and to take it off the site if you don't honor it!!!!! Next after getting my eyes dilated, I said in the chair for 45 minutes and I finally stuck my head out of the door to ask for help....by that time, I was FUMING!!! I told one of your medical assistants that I've waited over 25 minutes and no one has come back! Another assistant later stuck her head in the room to tell me someone will be with me in a couple of minutes....15 minutes later, I got mad and just left! I think the whole problems stems from the eye center had too many appointments set up for that day. With that causes major delays----to give you an example of my time. My appointment was a 2pm and I arrived around 1:50...started filling the paperwork and about 20 minutes later they called me back. Did various eye test and then needed to dilate my eyes. He put the drops in and never came back...my day went downhill very quickly!!! I'm going to request to get my $103.00 Co-pay back and will find some other doctor!!!

I had cataract surgery in September and the doctors calculations were spot on! I can sewe without glasses for distance and upclose with the Vivity implant. The staff at Kaufman Eye Institute are excellent and also the staff at Brandon surgery center. This was a perfect experience and I will recommend KEI to anyone who asks
