Called Dr Milner’s office regarding the process for refilling 2 expired prescriptions. Emily called me back and was extremely helpful and professional.
As a 70+ senior good customer service is extremely important to me. Emily was tremendous!

Dr. Milner has been treating my early-stage glaucoma for 3+ years, and the care I'm receiving has been great. He is thorough and takes the time to explain things in layman's terms. His staff is excellent as well. I recently had him start doing my contact lens fitting - now it's a one-stop shop for all my eye care.
The only minor negative is the office is at Baylor in a tired, rather depressing building. Wish they were located in a less sketchy area of town.
