This is not my regular office. I woke up with an eye emergency and saw they were open (on a Saturday) to see if I could be seen. Unfortunately, their physician was not in the office. That did not stop Courtney and Shannon from trying to find an eye specialist that could see me. Courtney sat on the phone with me for 25 minutes trying to find an appointment at a local office and urgent eye care center. So thankful for these ladies, who didn't know me from Adam, for trying to help me. Highly recommend on this experience alone. Professional and oh so kind!

Changing my review to 1 star. Requested my prescription information. Signed consent form and received an illegible document. The office staff wrote expired over some of the numbers so I cannot use this. They also never provided my prescription information on my original visit. This does not comply with FTC guidelines and I will be pursuing action against this establishment. Unfortunately these are the worst lenses and frames I've had in 18 years of wearing prescription glasses. Lenses have scratched to a level I have never seen and only in 1 year. I have taken care of them the same way I always have in the last Two decades. Unfortunately the frames which are a brand I have had many times are also very loose despite tightening them frequently. I will not be returning due to the physical product provided. I would return for the people if it weren't for the product.

I needed daily contacts after the airlines had lost my luggage containing all my eyewear. I was able to call and speak with the manager. She was able to give me daily contacts to hold me over in the interim, which helped me immensely. Thank you!
