Yesterday I had an appointment at 8:30 AM with Doctor Smith. My previous experience was that he was a good doctor, but long waits were routine. I don’t know the cause of the long waits, but at 10AM after 1.5 hours in the waiting room, I told the staff I was leaving, the wait was unacceptable and I would be looking for another doctor.

I enjoyed the appointment, everyone was very helpful and made the visit comfortable. The Doctor was very knowledgeable and took care to make sure we’re and will be taken care of.

Pacific Eye institute is a class above the rest. Their entire staff is some of the friendliest, most pleasant individuals to ever have to deal with. Time spent in waiting area before your appointment is minimal. Dr Roeske is as professional and kind and caring as they come. And a master of his craft. I truly enjoy my time and experience at the Pacific Eye Institute.
