Honestly one of the quickest and most efficient visits for an eye exam I've ever had and it's not even close - all without sacrificing on thoroughness and quality of service. I was in and out within 20 minutes. In the same amount of time in my previous optometrist, I'd still be enduring a bevy of sales pitches seemingly designed to get me to spend the most amount of money possible..

I was able to get my appointment quickly. Dr. Smet was thorough and professional. She showed me the pictures of my eyes from last time compared to this time which was interesting and helpful. I appreciated the reasonable price especially since I don’t have insurance to cover it.

The service was so great AND QUICK! If there’s one thing I love is fast service, I know some people hate it but I have a busy life so when I can get an appointment done in under 30 min IT’S AMAZING! While shopping at Costco I decided to stop by and make an appointment, the woman who helped me schedule the appointment was okay. She took all my info and told me they went paperless (probably cause of COVID) so I would get a text with a link and she asked that I fill it out before my appointment the next day. I got the text within 10 min and filled it out in less than 30. The next day there was another woman at the reception who was so friendly and great. She did some exams first before seeing the DR. Did a great job at explaining everything. I then went in with the DR who was also great. He explained some images to me and did a quick test and I was out of there in less than 30 min. I was so happy to be able to check this task off my to-do list without spending an entire afternoon at the optometrist. Would definitely recommend them to others.
