Regine R. Smet

Dr. Regine Smet graduated from the Southern California College of Optometry in 1991.

She went to South Africa for a year immediately after graduation to teach at a local university and to work in a private optometry practice. Upon returning to California, she worked for ophthalmology practices and provided eye exams to the elderly in nursing homes. She was lucky to participate on missions for the Lyons club to provide much needed eye care to the people of Guyana.

She opened the optometry office in Costco Los Feliz in 1997 and Costco Cypress in 2005.

She can speak Spanish, Dutch, and French and is certified in therapeutics.
