Great Dr. knowledgeable, great surgeon, but most of all kind and very human and personable. I felt he really cared about my well being, doing a highly professional work, and was definitely not in medicine just to make a buck.

Dr. Roeske was very calm and answered my questions for my stye removal procedure. It was my first time meeting him and that made me feel more comfortable. First, Elida was welcoming and also had a calm demeanor which started the appt off well. Then I met Erika and Dr R. Really, the team was all smiles. The procedure went well. He communicated what he was doing which I appreciate as I was nervous. It took about 5-8 minutes and I was done. If this happens again, I’d request Dr. R, highly recommend!! The pictures of right before the procedure, right after, and the following day once my swelling went down.

Dr. Richmond Rieske, is a knowledgeable, talented, and caring ophthalmologist. He did my cataract surgeries. It is a huge gift to be able to see better than you ever have in your entire life! Some of my friends did not go to Pacific Eye Institue for their surgeries, and they ended up seeing halos around lights while driving at night. I’ve had no such problems. Dr. Rieske also has gotten my glaucoma under totally under control by using laser treatments and prescription eye drops. His office sends your pharmacy prescriptions and by the time you drive there, your drops are ready for pick up. Occasionally, I’ve seen Dr. Andrea Ching, who is my husband’s ophthalmologist. We both think that Dr. Ching is also an excellent physician. I highly recommend Pacific Eye Institue for all patients. If you want a check up or if you have any eye concerns, don’t hesitate, just make an appointment with Doctors Rieske, Ching, or any of the other fine doctors of the Eye Institue!
