I had a good experience at my appointment, but I HATE the contacts I was prescribed. When I came back in to ask for a different brand sample since my eyes were irritated, Dr. Tritch said "they look fine on your eye" and suggested it was probably just the wind that was making my eyes irritated and red (I'm a winter bike rider). When I called later and asked again about getting a different brand prescribed, they said they would return my call and never did. I let too much time go by being a busy parent and small biz owner, and so I just opened the box of contacts and true to my initial impression, the contacts are terrible for me. Irritated, red eyes are not cute. The contact brand I used for 20 years was discontinued. I will go elsewhere for my next Rx.
