in March 2023, i visited the Hollywood Boulevard facility to check it out; in April 2023, i went back and the place was closed, as in no longer there, _and_ minus any info as to its new location. it is now mid-September, and the H.B. address and phone number have not been taken down. nice going, Specialty.

Horrible customer service. After waiting for more than a month for my appointment, I got a call ONE day before my appointment, to inform that they don't have a doctor on that day in the clinic! And when I asked why didn't you let me know earlier, she said I don't have enough time to call all the patients to update their appointments!
I mean, you only have ONE job! and you don't have enough time for it? It's just unbelievable.
