Jonathan Goulart, O.D.

Dr. Jonathan Goulart was born and raised in Freeport, Illinois, and is a graduate of Freeport High School.  He attended Western Illinois University for his undergraduate training and then went to the Illinois College of Optometry.  He graduated with his Bachelor of Science in Visual Science and Doctor of Optometry degrees in 1984.  After graduation, he returned to Freeport, where he has practiced for 35+ years. He is a car enthusiast and enjoys scuba diving.  He is also an active member of the local Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks organization. He currently sees patients at our Freeport location.
