Oh my gosh, from the moment I walked in to the moment I left, everyone was wonderful. So kind, pleasant, and patient! I was so apprehensive about having an eye exam, and my appointment was quick, thorough and painless.

Doctor Chester is the best eye doctor I've ever seen. Very attentive and cares for all of his patients, always has a smile to greet all of us. His staff is the same always friendly, helpful and ready to welcome all patients. Thanks to all of you for caring, I pray the God will continue to bless each of you and your families.

I went in for an eye exam and was told that I had cataracts and needed surgery. So they made an appointment for me. When I arrived at the appointment, they told me I couldn't even get an evaluation because I didn't have insurance at the time. I told them that I could pay for the evaluation immediately but they said because the surgery is so expensive they wouldn't even examine me. This is a horrible place that cares only about money. They wouldn't even give me an examination for a procedure that I need when I was able to pay for it. A doctor's office that's going to turn you away because they don't think you have enough money does not have your health and best interests in mind.

Excellent place very professional from the front desk thru the Doctors are awesome! Clean office 100% recomendable! Dr Maggie Jinks and Lisa the nurse give me and my dog outstanding service!!!!

Came back to Visionworks After experiencing a couple of other eyeglass companies. Time well spent they corrected the first prescription and explained why the discrepancy happened in the first place with the first prescription. Replaced the lenses on both glasses quickly with corrected prescription. I will certainly be back as I've used Vision Works since I was in my forties as a college student and realized I initially needed glasses. Thank you!

Dr. Coward is my family eye doctor. I have been his patient for 10 years. I take my children here for their yearly exams and my parents go to him also. My duaghter was nervous to have her eyes examined and he made her laugh and she was happy after that. It is nice to have a doctor that she is happy to go see. The staff is helpful with notes and prescription refills when I have needed them. This doctor is really good with people and smart. Two thumbs up! :)

After our former doctor quit taking our insurance, we found this office. The doctor is great, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. We've only been twice, but have had no problems.

I have read some of the negative reports and think outside the box. First of all when dealing with the elderly it does take longer. Take in consideration they move slower and sometimes you may have to speak louder or repeat things. That’s what happens when you get older. And hopefully you will have a Dr like Dr. Conway who will take time with you when you get older. Knowing that there is a wait it is up to YOU to accommodate. And keep in mind when the Snowbirds are back in town the wait is long. No one likes to wait but if it is about whether you will keep your eye sight or not the wait is worth it. My husband is one of her younger clients and we watch the elderly come in and go. We don’t mind waiting. I worked in the ER for 20 years and was always amazed at how inconsiderate some people were when they had to wait if we were working on a trauma patient or full arrest. As I am flying by them getting some equipment or drugs needed I would say... stop it. If this was your loved one you would want our full attention in giving them the best care we can. So a wait time in an eye Dr’s office vs wait time in ER during a trauma or full arrest I think you would choose the wait time in Dr. Conway’s office. Thank you for your time.

The lady named KAREN super rude on the phone no wonder her name is KAREN . I don’t recommend this place . Phone skills terrible.

Very pleased. My son needs glasses and because he is 5 we've gotten the run around everywhere. They took us the day we called. I respect that the doctor told us he doesn't feel comfortable giving my son a prescription and is trying to get us into a specialist because it is a more complex prescription/exam than he has the ability to provide in his office. Here you will find a doctor that cares about his patients more than filling his pockets with an extra $1.
