Brought my kids to see Dr McCain because their pediatrician recommended eye exams. I choose his office because it was inside Walmart and I know they have good prices on frames (I'm un-insured) My kids were 5 and 7 at their first visit and he was so kind and patient with them. He was also very thorough and explained everything he was doing to the kids and me.They both got glasses for great prices that day and we have been back several times since. So glad to have found such a great Optometrist.

Staff are very unprofessional. Be prepared to wait hours before seen by Doctor. I was seen by a different Doctor than I made an Appt. with. Other than that facility was nice.

Incredible service! I’m from out of town and my prescription shades broke. I walked in and they helped me out! I’d give more than 5 stars if I could.

Dr. Budman was so thorough and patient with his evaluation of my 6 month old. Cannot recommend him enough!

Dr. Amini takes a lot of time with me and answers all of my questions. She is very friendly and competent! I love her staff too.

Dr Yu removed my cataracts. My vision is corrected by Symfomy lenses. I don't wear glasses!! He is calm and professional in the office and in the surgical setting. The "Quality Eye Care"office staff members are pleasant and knowledgeable.

I took my son there who is 17 for an eye exam. I was immediately put off when I saw that the eye exam was done in the front area where the so called waiting room is and where you choose your frames. No privacy at all. But here is the real kicker. My son who is 17, I was told had gloucoma!! The doctor said for me to take him back in a month to be checked again and to get eye drops. Well I took him to another eye doctor for a second opinion and I’m glad I did because my son does NOT have gloucoma. He is good until next year when he will be due for his yearly eye checkup.

I have been going to the same optometrist for the last 20 years. Unfortunately with my schedule and childcare it’s been harder and harder the last few years to make it to them during office hours. It came to a point where I was out of contacts, my glasses were hot glued and even my husband had a huge scratch on his lens. I am so glad I took a chance booking an appointment with South Philly Optical. Booking the appointment was so easy. I did it online, and found appointments for my husband and I within the week that worked with our schedules. The optometrist was so friendly and thorough with my exam. The technician who helped me pick out my frames was especially patient and gave me great input. My glasses were ready so much sooner than expected. I love my frames so much that I want to come back for a second pair. My husband also had a 5 star experience, of course he picked his frames out in half the time I did!
