So helpful!! We found Two beautiful pairs of glasses for my four-year-old daughter Palmer. They are very stylish and I can’t wait for her to receive them! I highly recommend this Company!

I absolutely love Dr. Santos and her staff. They are always very friendly and extremely helpful when making choices for new frames and lenses. They have a great eye for what looks good on you and make the experience one to tell your friends about. They have the best equipment and are very thorough. I definitely trust my eye care to her and recommend them to anyone looking for a comfortable environment with professional and knowledgeable staff.

What a wonderful place!! All the tests are so quick and easy, and the staff are so friendly. They have alternatives to dilation and the puff of air, so the exam is really comfy and the frame selection is nice. Great spot!

GONE are the all puffs blowing in your eyes and those annoying drops that dilate your pupils! Dr. West keeps up to date with all the BEST and latest technology that takes the dread out of checkups!! So happy I was told about this place. Such a smart doc and great staff.

Great staff, I would recommend this office to everyone. They go above and beyond. They checked a set of glasses I got from another provider to make sure they were correct and even discussed the use of my glasses as they are progressive. Office is always clean and comfortable

Best Doctor on the Main Line!

I couldn’t be more disappointed with the service provided by Jennifer Shane & Associates. We have been patients since they were operated out of the LensCrafters store over 10 years ago and moved with them when they opened the new office. My daughter’s contact prescription expired (we had purchased a long supply of contacts) and when we needed to order more they refused to work with us in any way. The next appointment was weeks and weeks out and she just needed one pair to get her over the hump until the appointment. They acted as though we were trying to get a narcotic and not a pair of contacts. They have seen her for years and know her eye health is good and there was no change in her vision. Just disappointed they wouldn’t work with loyal patients. We won’t be returning.

Dr. Trans was a wonderful eye Doctor he made me very comfortable, his staff was experience very friendly !!!! Keep up the great work Ladies!!!

They accept walk-ins so apparently if you schedule an actual appointment you still have to wait an hour to be seen…. Extremely disappointed. A waste of our time. So we just walked out. Hopefully us leaving made it easier for all those walk-ins to be seen. 🙅‍♀️ …

They are so patient and kind. I’ve had to take back my glasses because I wanted blue light but changed my mind. They have responded so well to my concerns. I appreciate it! I didn’t get the name of the guy in the glasses but he seems to be in charge and does a great job working with people.
