They were great and professional. They are my new family eye doctors.

Best eye doctor around. The doctor is super friendly, knowledgeable, and is very good at explaining things. The staff is also extremely friendly, helpful, and are clearly trying to do everything to make your time there pleasant and smooth. 6 stars out of 5!

Best eye doctor I’ve ever had. She was been my eye doctor since I was 7, and now being 18, I still love going there. I’ve tried other doctors, but they gave me inaccurate prescriptions, and are not as thorough when preforming the eye exam. She is always so nice and informative, and she is very knowledgeable in her craft and that’s beyond admirable. She is fantastic, and I don’t see myself going to anyone else but her!

This visionworks is clean. The guy, Will is great and very service oriented. He takes time to answer your questions and gives you different options when buying glasses. Also the other young man was helpful too. The women were not.

I have been coming to Vision Works for some time now, but this is my last time coming here. I visited this place on August 24, 2023 for contact lenses, they told me my order will arrive to my house between 7 to 10 days, it is now 4 weeks since my order was placed, and no one has called to me to give me an explanation as to what is going on with my order. I called and spoke I think his name was Will, he promised that someone would called me to give an update of my order, that was two weeks ago, and no one has called me as of yet. These people are irresponsible with the business, their quick to charge you, and once they have your money, you’re left hanging. Don’t come here, horrible place. Debra Ramos 9/19/2023

From the Walk-in visit I was treated with professional respect. The doctor was very friendly and explained each process as it was taking place. My new glasses are being created to fit a pair of frames that I provided and most of the extras were included in my insurance benefits.

Everything was great. Doctor and staff attended to all our needs. Very friendly and professional. Overall very Happy with yesterday's visit. Thank you.

I am very happy that I came to Short Hills today. The staff was very friendly & I was very happy with Dr. Shah. A very thorough examination & Dr. Shah took the time to explain everything. I already have my appointment for next year!
