Omg the customer service is amazing, they pull you right in and help with whatever your requesting they are not afraid to speak with the customer that's in front of them..the wait wasn't long about time you breezing for glasses your next to see doctor..my glasses arrived less than a week and I am so excited to bring the new year with new glasses...this place is awesome

She’s always very thorough and communicative in every appointment and ensures we get quality care. Nothing but good things to say about her! Scott, the optician, was also very kind and took the time to walk me through what things were important to look for in vision care and what the practice could offer to me for my new pair of glasses. I came in 15 mins B4 2 o'clock appointment a gentleman walks in 10 mins after me say got a 2pm appointment. Some how he gets seen before me will not be coming back here

I was very pleased with my first appointment with Dr. Kopp-Miller. She is very Professional, as well as , personable. She took time to get the background information on my visual health (I have a lot ) & develop a rapport before beginning the exam.

I was in fix with a badly scratched lens and wanted to keep my newer existing frames. I was able to get fit with lenses and a fair, transparent (pun intended)price in just several minutes during my lunch. Before closing, they were ready for pick up. The workmanship and quality was great and Jonathan was helpful, friendly and professional. Great experience!
