Great service N value

I am an experienced physician and have been a patient of Dr. Rodriquez for many years. The eye is extremely complex and ‘mirrors’ so many aspects of one’s overall health. Dr. Rodriquez’s knowledge bank is very impressive. He is very thorough and takes time to explain his findings and recommendations. In today’s world that is a rare commodity. As a teacher he brings a considerable understanding of academic knowledge to the community. His office is spotless and equipped with state of the art diagnostic equipment. The staff is very professional, conscientious and pleasant. It is a pleasure to recommend him.

Terrible service. The customer service and the manager from the place are unable to set appointments on timely manner and treat the patients very rudely when the try to complain about it.

Nothing fancy about his office, but very efficiency and good Doctor very honest.

I do not recommend this place for kids!! My daughter is 5 & was the only kid in there. It was a bad experience all around! My daughter’s appointment was at 10:45am and wasn’t seen until after 1pm. When she was finally called in, it felt so rushed because he had 10 other patients. Mr. Braunstein did NOT make my daughter feel comfortable & was rough with her. She walked out of there very upset and said “mommy I don’t want to come here ever again.” I will most definitely take her up on that & find her another doctor.

Worst customer service the overbooked the patients and they never put the patient needs first. The front desk worst ever rough especially the person who schedule your appointment and they only want your money, they schedule like 5 patients and the same time and then they cannot see you. They should give the front desk a class to how to treat the patients.

I don't have appointment. They accepted walk in :) The staff and Dr Garita, they're all nice, friendly and thorough in the examinations and diagnostics they're doing. They did my comprehensive eye examination. I am happy with the friendly atmosphere when I arrived. Very welcoming. Dr Garita takes good care of me and she follows up. They have tons of glasses to choose from(affordable). Also, they would suggest which one looks best on you. I will highly recommend!!! :) I will be coming again here next year :) I am very happy with their service.
