I took my daughter to get new glasses on August 2nd. She had a check up and we picked out new glasses I paid $60 for the frames and the anti glare. I noticed last last Monday had been 4 weeks and I haven't heard from them, I called them they had said that they have no idea when the shipment with her glasses will be in. They said they were going to have a manager call me and tell me an exact date, never heard from them, they are uncommunative, rude, and sound like they don't know what the heck there doing. I'm very irritated with them because my daughter's old pair of glasses have broke and she can't see at all, she also has been getting headaches and eye pain she has been stuck with an ice pack to her face for the last few days after school. They told me they should have been here within 2 weeks.

This was my second time seeing (no pun intended) Dr. Jacobsen and I was very happy with the experience. I saw the Dr. on time. He was quick and thorough and had a wonderful manner. I felt confident that my exam was done professionally. And Joyce, the assistant, was excellent. She adjusted several pairs of glasses for me, all done right the first time, and told me how to take weekly care of them. I have never been told to do this before, but I will now! What a difference from my not so pleasant experience with the young lady who unsuccessfully tried to adjust my glasses who was with the practice prior to the new ownership. I would totally recommend Petelin Vision.

You couldn't find a better place to get glasses or contacts. Dr. Mclean is wonderful as is the entire staff, they are pleasant and ready to help, hugh selection of frames also.

Excellent customer service. Freddy, the manager, was extremely knowledgeable and assisted me with some sunglasses. He answered all my questions and made me feel very confident about my pair. I also appreciate he let me pick the case, a small detail that most stores overlook. Overall would recommend you go to Freddy for all your glasses needs!

Been seeing Dr. Avedian for 7 years and now bring my son there. The doctor is knowledgeable , personable, and answers all my question. The staff is friendly and they have a great selection of glasses to choose from.

Dr. Chanes, my eye doctor for more than a decade, gives excellent care to me and my husband especially during our cataract operations. He is the best in that field.
