Calling for an appointment was quick and easy. As for being inside the experience was very welcoming and respectful. Dr.Garita and the other staff were very professional & helpful with explaining their process of eye testing. Thanks for making my experience there nice and easy.

I went here with my daughter… everything was going well. The time wasn’t long and was seen right away. My daughter is taking the eye exam and as she is taking the exam, I went to make a joke with my daughter… before I can get a word in the (doctor in training) which they failed to inform that this person in training was taking my doctors eye exam … told me “SHHHH do not speak to her” in a rude manner. Umm Excuse me? You could have spoken to me nicely.. If you required silence then this should have been said in the beginning professionally. Then goes into the other room and talks to the doctor TALKING badly about me and my children. When I informed the other doctor that I heard everything that was said, he completely ignored me and no apology. I will never return here. No table side manners, and are quick to talk badly about Patients in the other room.

I recently came to do glasses and contacts and with Dr. Lee and I was pleased with the professionalism I was met with at this office. The front staff was so kind and offered me a mask while the MAs were extremely patient and professional. Dr. Lee is a phenomenal doctor. He takes his time to answer all your questions and assure you that you are 100% comfortable with your prescription. Thank you for such high quality service !

This office was great. From the moment I walked in, I barely waited and the front desk was very nice. The First Lady that brought me into the room was so sweet and informative, she even gave me water while I waited for the doctor. Dr Racanati was amazing.. from the moment he walked in he was so pleasant and walked me through everything he was doing to my eyes.

Gina at Sunrise optical gave great customer service. She keep in touch thru entire process, gave me options for my issues. Everything got resolved.. Thanks Gina..

I have no words for this place. The frames they have are so pretty and the people who work there has a real customer service. Specially Maria, she explain everything with patience. Will back there for sure.

Loved my experience. Doctor and staff were great. Staff is very professional and go above and beyond! Roxy made sure we understood everything and helped us in every step of our purchase. She made us feel very comfortable. Robert was very informative and assured me with my high prescription he could still make them look good and he did! They look amazing, no lens peeking outside my frames. Thank you to the team!

My daughter and I have been going to this place for years, spending in average 4k a year between the both of us, i called today to set an appointment for my daughters yearly checkup and suddenly i am told that i have to pay to secure a spot!!! Are you kidding me??? I know you want to make money… but stop ripping off your customers with stupid charges out of nowhere… i will look for a different place… not longer a place of my trust!

I have been coming here for years. They have always been so professional and attentive to my needs. Roxanna was a delight she works very well under pressure as I needed my glasses in a times matter. I would recommend it to anyone looking for good quality glasses and prices.
