A safe, pleasant choice for anyone including LGBT+ people. I was recommended this office specifically as a safe office for LGBT people, and I can confirm that as, I would say, a visibly gender non-conforming person, I was treated with dignity and respect. Everyone was very nice AND when they saw I was wearing a mask they offered to also wear masks (and then they did! Without any kind of begrudgingness!). Totally reccomended for anyone!! LGBT or not haha. Their office was nice and clean and modern, and every single person I interacted with was kind and helpful. When one test required input on my gender they were very understanding when I said "other". 10/10 I look forward to coming back in a year.

Dr. Frankie was thorough, patient, and informative! She didn't rush me and explained everything that was going on with my eyes. Brittany (sp?) was sweet and funny and did an excellent job on my photo scans. I did not catch the name of the sweet young lady who helped me order my glasses, but she was also fantastic and explained all my options. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone!

This office is a joke. Waited over one hour to see Dr Joos. I had originally scheduled with Dr Zachary Joos and was automatically assigned to be seen by Dr Joos senior. The assistant had left the exam door open while I waited for the doctor and all I could hear out in the hallway was the doctor complain about patients. Dr Joos senior had difficulty using the equipment to check my vision and gave me a grossly incorrect eye prescription for glasses that resulted in ongoing migraines. I ended up seeing my family doctor who sent me to another eye doctor who corrected my eye prescription. On top of this, Dr Joos office incorrectly billed my insurance and they denied coverage, so I ended up paying for 100% of the bill. I learned the hard way that their staff including the clinic manager do not answer calls and emails when they know you have placed a complaint. This clinic should be evaluated by the state health department and their billing practices reviewed for compliance.

I always get a warm welcome when I go there. Its a nice and clean environment. I just Love my Dr. Dr crumpton. He makes me laugh. And when I'm going to have surgery, he always pray with me.

Nick has been so kind and above professional for two years (last 3 visit for Amani,one for Nodia and one for me. He is the reason we return. He makes my daughters so relaxed and always goes above and beyond helping with new insurances. He even special ordered my some lens when they didn’t carry them.

High 5 Vision Development exceeded my expectations! I was very nervous for our daughters 1st eye exam since she doesn’t do very well with new people. Dr. Nielsen And her entire staff were so sweet and patient with my toddler. They were able to get us a new patient appointment the very next day and got us checked in and back very quickly.

Neglected to tell me that my insurance didn’t cover them until I got to the appointment that I took work off for. And then the year before the optometrist mislabeled my contact boxes, which caused my vision to not be fully corrected. I went back to them to see what’s going on for them to tell me they made an error. I understand making a Mistake but they then contacted me a few months later threatening to send me to collections because I didn’t pay that visits bill that they said they’d cover. I got into an argument with them even after informing them about the issue and resolution for 2 weeks until they finally called to to verify that was the case but only to tell me the bill is dropped, but never got an apology. They have good optometrists but logistically this place is a nightmare to deal with. Even if my insurance covered them or I felt like self paying I would never be returning and encourage you to look elsewhere to take care of your eyes needs.

Had an appointment at 11:00 got in and saw a huge line which is fine I understand waited 30 mins it was my turn to go in next and another gentleman came in after me. Waited another 10 mins and I asked the gentleman is it going to take more than 30 mins and said most likely yes. Left and I won’t be coming back. I’m not gonna wait a hour if I have an appointment:

I would completely recommend this place. They are very professional and incredibly welcoming. I needed some small adjustments done to two pairs of glasses, and the owner was kind enough to fix these for me at no cost. His kindness and generosity shines through. If you need anything, check out this place!

Alex is absolutely amazing with assisting with the proper fit frames, his expertise is top notch. Best in the business. I only deal with Alex he’s phenomenal. His professionalism is 5 star service indeed. Dr. Haley Newstrom was absolutely amazing. Thank you for a wonderful visit.
