I'm a new patient with Dr. Asmus. I feel very comfortable with her and I feel that she has been very good at addressing my health issues and I would recommend her. All the staff in that office are very pleasant and helpful.

My normal eye doctor is Dr. Witters but because I was going in because I had an acciden, Dr. Roberson was available to see me. Dr. Roberson was professional, and made me feel relaxed. After a ssries of tests on my eye, we discussed if anything was dammaged, and any needed actions. I left knowing what just haooemsd and what I needed to do to help my eye feel better. Most importantly I have a follow up in a a couple of weeks to see how I am doing.

Dr. Khong and staff all went above and beyond for me, and I am so grateful to have found them. I have a very complicated prescription that includes strong prisms for double vision, and even the slightest discrepancy will throw off my ability to see. Dr. Khong spent nearly double her usual appointment time to ensure she got my prescription exactly right, not out of obligation, but because she genuinely cared. Her staff is fantastic, too. Both opticians I worked with spent extra time doing measurements prior to ordering, and adjusting my frames after, to get that same level of perfection I need in order to see. The service here is unmatched. I appreciate their time and concern so much, and I will be bringing my daughter here, as well. Luckily for them, she is a much easier patient! I give Dr. Khong the highest recommendation.

I love this optical soooo much, I’ve been coming here for years. Excellent service, the dr takes her time to explain everything about your prescription and how it changes year to year. She really educated me on what is looked for during the eye exam. She happily explained everything. The staff is always kind and friendly. One of the ladies helped me select my glasses. She educated me on what size is best for my face shape. Can’t wait to get my new pair of glasses in a couple days!

I had wonderful results from the cataract and lens replacement surgery Dr. Dixit did in both eyes. I was 20/400 with severe astigmatism in both eyes. 4 weeks after surgery I am 20/20! This doctor cares for her patients on a personal level and spends the time with you to determine the best replacement lens for the way you use your eyes. I highly recommend her. The world is so much brighter and clearer now!

Dr. Simonis and her staff are wonderful! The receptionists are very kind and welcoming. My husband and I felt at ease the moment we walked in the office. The nurses are skilled and helpful, and patiently answer questions. Dr. Simonis is thorough, very knowledgeable, and has a lovely personality, which made us feel so comfortable. Thank you for all you and your staff do!

Switched to Iowa Eye Care in Hiawatha because I had heard good things about them and wasn't having great luck with my previous care provider. They were fabulous - every single person there was kind, friendly, and helpful. My husband just scheduled his first appointment with them, too. I looked at glasses but didn't settle on a pair, and the person who helped me was great about it - she made a note of my favorites on my chart, then printed my prescription for me, in case I wanted to look elsewhere. I didn't feel rushed or pressured at all. I'm going back this week to order the ones I liked best!
