Dr.Thatcher and Stephanie provide amazing and compassionate 1:1 care to their patients. I was very impressed with their attention to detail. Dr.Thatcher is very good at what she does and I could walk with ease for the first time in 7 years. My symptoms improved drastically. I'm excited to get my prism glasses and get some relief.

Dr. Kristen was very thorough and friendly. The staff in the lobby were also great. They helped me find a frame I love. Definitely recommend.

I sincerely appreciate Dr. Womack. He takes the time to thoroughly explain the complex issues with my eyes. He is patient, sincere and caring. I am so grateful that we found him and sincerely appreciate that he goes above and beyond at every visit. Even consulting with other professionals on my behalf to assist my husband and I in making the best decisions possible regarding the health of my eyes and needed upcoming surgeries.

I have been going to her for years and now even my kids see her. She is equally good with adults and kids. Very friendly, always smiling. Great friendly staff! Never have to wait too long in her office and always get the best care.

I went to my eye doctor for a problem with lots of floaters in my eye, they found a tear in the retina. They got me in the same day with Dr. Kishore. He and his staff were just wonderful and I am very grateful to them for their emergency surgery on my eye!

Dr. Walters did cataract surgery on both eyes upon referral of the optometrist I saw. Still in first week of recovery, according to follow-up doc (Walters apparently doesn't do follow-ups) everything is OK. I have no pain or blurred vision. Surgery center they use has great staff, Texan Eye Care not so much. Hour wait before I saw Walters on initial visit. No updates from staff as to when I would be seen. At final follow-up, I asked for copy of letter routinely sent to referring optometrist, the clerk didn't know how to operate the practice's software to provide it. When I finally got the printed info, she handed me papers, I asked for an envelope, "we don't have any." Asked another clerk on the way out and she opened a drawer full. Front desk is more interested in chatting with each other rather than offering excellent customer care. Docs are OK, hope they are better than support staff.

Hìiiiiiiii! 😉 I'm always greeted with a hello and a smile by the staff at the reception desk. The young ladies at the reception desk seem to be team players. If, a question is presented, they work together to arrive at a correct answer. And I admire them for this quality. Tech staff excellence service as well! Great job ladies and gentleman! 🫠 Now, my Dr. Storm, she is very thorough, personable, pays close attention to what you're saying and is a very good listener. She likes it when her patients ask questions and that we are concerned about what would be considered as small things. Dr. Strom is very caring and accommodating. She is giddy, likes to laugh and is very stylish. 🤭 I recommended her to my daughter, she now feel I do! Quality service, that what you are Eye Care 👁 Pavillion.

Five stars, all the way!! The customer service here is beyond all expectations. The girls at the front desk are so sweet and thoughtful and Dr. Marsh is thorough and personable. I would recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Gandy is very friendly and outgoing. He takes time to listen and answer all your concerns. Will definitely recommend him to my friends.

I had a great experience there. Dr. Brown actually spent time with me and evaluated my eye as well as his assistant. They were both extremely thorough, educated, and explained things to me so I could understand. If you need a great eye doctor that cares about you they are definitely the place to go. They are also very reasonably priced. So thankful to have been referred to them !
