This me and my husband's 1st visit Everyone was pleasant and professional. I was very impressed with Becky (I think that was here name) she refused to give up until she got the images the Dr. requested. The eye glass lady was great and explained everything. Last but definitely not least, the Dr. Dr. McMillan and his assistant were excellent. I felt I received great care and did not feel I was being rushed out. We definitely are going to continue to receive eye care there. s

Excellent, caring service. Everyone from the front desk staff to our nurse to Dr. Mack was reassuring, friendly and professional. I have not been a patient and called with a possible emergency. They worked me in the day I called and made me feel welcome immediately. Thankfully, I am fine. And we have found our family eye doctor going forward!

I wish I could give 10 stars!! This office and EVERYONE in it was AMAZING! From the time I walked through the doors, til the time I exited, I was blown away by how friendly and helpful everyone was. Dr Heather Smith is an excellent eye doctor and I have been going to her for 8 years now. Dr Smith is very knowledgeable, kind and patient. She takes her time with you and doesn’t rush through the appointment. My daughter suggested I go and see her because I was having issues with my eyes and my glasses . ( Dr Smith is my daughter’s family eye doctor ). The 3 other doctors I saw before Dr Smith never got my prescription correct for glasses. ( I have severe astigmatism in both eyes). I followed her when the office moved from University area to Indian Trail NC . It may take me an extra 12 minutes of travel but she is so worth it. .

They were prompt, cordial and professional. Dr. Smith was just wonderful and knowledgeable. I was in a pinch for contacts and got me set up while I waited for my order to come in. Looking forward to next year’s appointment!

On 10/19 I made an appointment for 11/7 because this was the only time availability. On 10/24 I received a text message to confirm my appointment so I would retain the 11/7 date. Which I needed to see the doctor sooner because of the issues … More

First time customers, my sister and I were warmly greeted. Our sale representative was kind and informative. A wide selection of styles to choose from and our glasses came back sooner then expected. ❤️❤️❤️

The store was very organized and cleaned upon arrival. The glasses were arranged in there own sections so you didn’t have to search hard for what you are looking for. Sonny T was a great help with my purchase he showed me different options for males. Young kids walked in the store without adult supervision and he handled the situation very professionally without a problem. He is a great representative for your company and I’d definitely recommend him for your next eyeglasses or sunglasses purchase.

My visit to the store today was more than pleasurable. Tiffany took her time to explain my plans benefits as well as patiently provided suggestions as I (in my own words), was difficult between which option I’d ultimately choose. All in all A1, service. Will visit again next year once the plan renews.

The staff is friendly. When you arrive they immediately acknowledge you. The place is also clean. I am giving a 1 star because the employees including management aren't very efficient. I went to get an eye exam, but they got the prescription wrong the first time. Then I went back and they got it wrong a second time. I ended up paying extra money for an eye exam somewhere else because Stanton would not refund my money. They did try to mend their mistake by giving me an extra pair of &+++glasses,(

I went to the store today and met 2 of the lovely workers! Courtney and Ebony were so sweet and helped through the entire process. They were very patient and dedicated to helping me with my eye care needs. They have superior customer service skills.I observed them helping an elderly customer before I was serviced and it warmed my heart.. They are angels at Stanton Optical... I will refer family and friends to come visit them.
