Not off to a great start. Brought my father in law here for an 8:30 appt, we arrived about 8:10. No one answered the door, so we went back to sit in the car since it was 31 degrees out. We watched a couple of staff enter, and we got our of the car and tried again. This was at 8:20, for an 8:30 appt. Rang the bell, and I looked in the window and saw staff moving around. No answer. We waited another 5 minutes, and I was just getting ready to call the place (their sign on the door about their hours is incorrect). The receptionist opened the door, said nothing and walked back behind the desk. No good morning, no hello, just sat down, then asked for id. We had already printed and filled out the paperwork, so we gave them that, then sat and waited until 8:44. Not sure what the hold up was, the doctor wasn't reading any of the information we had sent from his other doctor, as she did that after we got to the exam room. The doctor was very friendly, and seemed competent, I just wasn't impressed with the way the office was run.

I highly recommend Taylor Linton. My wife and I have been seeing him for a couple of years now. I feel like he is very knowlegeable, but more than that he listens to me and doesn't make me feel number. He is great to follow up and provides great service. Thanks Taylor, I'll keep referring my friends and family to you!

Shorted me on my diabetes meds then won't let me refill them, also never has both perceptions when I go to pick them up. Worst CVS in NE Ohio. Will be getting my stuff transfered to another pharmacy. You are a joke.

Total rip off. Go somewhere else. I end up paying 200+ for an exam and the "cheapest" astigmatism Bausch and Lomb contacts (around $160 for contacts and $120 for the exam). I went to walmart and it ended up being around $100 with the exam and the same astigmatism contacts($20 for CONTACTS and $80 for non toric exam.) I received from here! Do your research and find a better place for yourself.

Eye Care Physicians and Surgeons is the best! Dr. Chung listened well and the explained my condition to me, which is the first time it had been explained at all, and she did a good job of it. The rest of the staff did an awesome job too, and helped me feel at ease even with dilated eyes, etc.

Today I was in the optical department at Target store located at 5500 Sunset Blvd, Los Angeles CA. Marissa G. helped me with a frame problem. She made me feel very comfortable and solved the problem quickly and professionally. I left the store so happy with her work. Marissa you are amazing !!

Good service

Dr. Fullen is awesome, very professional and caring. He takes his time with you and answers any questions and concerns. I’ve seen him for years and won’t go anywhere else. I would highly recommend him. When it comes to eye wear Jen is the best and pays attention to the smallest detail.If you’re looking for a certain frame for your glasses , give her a description, she will have them ready from you.

I had a great experience at Dr. Iriarte's office. She is very professional, friendly and personable. Her staff is very helpful and friendly. They explained pricing, insurance coverage, and answered all my questions. The frame selection has a wide price range and they have many to choose from. I will return next year.

Update: after posting yesterday, the manager called me and informed me that they 𝗱𝗼 make appointments for emergencies and that he’ll speak with the front desk to ensure they’re doing that properly. The manager and doctors are all very nice here, I think it was a misunderstanding with me and the person who originally answered my call. Thank you guys for calling me back, much appreciated. Original post: I’ve gone here for routine eye exams for a couple of years, and those have been good. I currently have sand in one eye and they won’t see me to get it checked out/rinsed out. I was told that they’re booked out for a while and to call my local optometrist. EOTW is my local optometrist. If they can’t see me within a day or two when there is a minor emergency then I don’t know why I’m going to them. The lack of support when it’s needed most is enough to make me switch optometrists. Just beware that they won’t fit you in if your eye is irritated/red/watering and needs attention. Editing to add: I visited another eye doctor in the area and I have an abrasion and infection. Very grateful that the other doctor could fit me in for an urgent situation.
