Dr. Wu took a great deal of time making sure I understood everything she was doing and seeing. Showing me past and present images and explaining what they were and what they said was amazing. I feel like I am actually part of my care and treatment plans with Dr. Wu. She’s also just a genuinely nice person with a great knowledge of my history, not only with my eyes, but with my full health. I am extremely confident that with her at the helm of my vision care plan we’ll have no grave surprises.

Telemedicine is perfectly fine when the process is explained, preferably not only by a promotional video that loops on replay. (It doesn't help when an on-site worker has robotic communications skills.) The service I experienced was clunky, not customer-friendly and slow. There were three considerable, unexplained waits for the distant services (which involve two different practitioners, beamed in from the Philadephia area). All in all, this was one of the most unpleasant health care experiences ever. When I wrote to complain about the specific issues, none was addressed. Go somewhere else for an eye exam. This place's co-location at Costco adds no real benefit.

I haven’t been this pleased with my eye care provider in nearly 20 years. Even though my first exam was “virtual,” for which I was a bit skeptical and apprehensive, I had an in person follow up and was put more at ease that the correction I was prescribed is the best strength for my current needs. “If you still aren’t feeling comfortable with your current prescription, come back and we can change things a bit.” Their turn around time on my glasses was crazy fast! Like. 3 days! Impressive. And the cheapest lenses for my glasses that I’ve ever paid! Thanks Dr Hess and Valley Eye Clinic and Costco Optical. Although you are not affiliated, you clearly work well together.

Of late, I've become stingy with my 5 star ratings. Although..... this business has a manager and another employee that went way above and beyond to help me replace my broken glass frame. (Saturday 11-4) Thank you Kas and my apology for not getting the other employee's name. His effort was also greatly appreciated.

My Assoicate Cas was very knowledgeable & helpful in helping me pick out the right eye package for me a very pleasant visit! I would definitely buy my glasses from them again in fact this is my second pair bought from VisionWorks my first time buying in Maplewood location but not the last I will be patronizing this location in the future.

I had to take my daughter and myself in. I always love coming here. Dr. Lee was really great with my child and gentle. It was my child’s first time at an eye clinic and he had approached me to go first so my daughter would see how she was going to be examined next. Dr. Lee has one of the best bed side manners I’ve ever seen. Great job! Will always come here as long as this clinic stays here. Thank you again! Truly appreciate the service you guys give us. Even both of the receptionist was very genuine and compassionate. Fast and easy place to go too!

I love Dr Lee's clinic. He is prompt, Fast, professional, quick and exact. I had the wrong precription for so long and he got me the correct prescription. Right away. He is also super friendly and personable. I reccomend all to go to this clinic. Great experience, great staff, great doctor.

I’ve gone to plenty of eye clinics over the years and I am so glad I found LeeVision Family Eye Clinic. The first thing I noticed was how clean and organized the clinic was. Front staff were friendly and helpful and answered questions I had about my visit. Dr. Lee on the other hand was awesome, the best I’ve met over the years and felt really well taken care of. Dr. Lee explained everything very thoroughly to what he was doing and made sure I was comfortable. Definitely going back!
