We love Russ. He is really good in what he does.

The drs have an excellent reputation so I called to make an appointment as a new patient. The person who took my call said I needed to text them my insurance info and then she would call me back and schedule an appointment. I texted her insurance info and she never called me back. 2 weeks later I called them again and the person on the phone made an appointment for me. The day before my appointment the office called me and said they didn’t have my insurance info and they needed that before I came for my appointment. I told her they already had it but I also gave info to her again. The next morning, a short time before my appointment they called me and said they don’t take my insurance. I canceled the appointment and now must find another eye doc after wasting over a month on this office. The docs may be great but I would call the admin staff incompetent.

Overall great experience, I had my 6 yr old granddaughter to get glasses for, an was really dreading this, but it could not have gone any better. Very happy with the young man that helped us. The selection was great. The wait time was nothing. VERY good experience!!!

Been getting my glasses and contacts here for a few years now. I must say, this place is a great place to get what you need for your eyes! Staff is great and extremely helpful. The doctors are awesome as well. Wait time is not long, and they have a pretty good selection of frames. My most recent purchase was a reorder from my last visit and they came in fairly quick as well. Highly recommend this place for optometry care.

Went in asking for info and ended up doing a walk in with reception Celia, she was really friendly and helpful. Then she introduced me to the manager Elizabeth which was amazing and very helpful with explaining the process of the exam and recommended me to trying on different styles of glasses. I actually chose glasses that i wouldnt normally go for but looked so cute! They went exactly with my style and she knew exactly what i needed! The doctor was very informative and thorough. I already told my family about it and we will definitely be back! Thank you guys.

The exam was 15 minutes, super nice doctor. My glasses arrived in 2 weeks and I saw perfect with them.

From the door the service was very outstanding and professional, I'm so glad I visited them and did my prescribed glasses purchase. I defenetly be back when my time is due. Another happy customer !

Dr G is very attentive and detail oriented. His focus on each individual patient, both professionally and personally, is unfortunately not so common today. The staff are very welcoming and accommodating. I highly recommend this practice.

They dont bill insurance and there's a wait on lenses that isn't their fault, but great selection and pricing.
