Everyone was extremely helpful and kind! I just recently moved to Eden Prairie, and these gals took me in with open arms! They we're very patient with me (I take forever to pick out new glasses) and provided very helpful feedback when I was trying on frames. I still haven't picked out frames (only because I have to sleep on it), but I look forward to coming back in and working with the staff at Jamison again!

I had a very negative experience working with Dr. Benedict. He was quite dismissive and rude during the entirety of my visit. He didn't take my input into consideration regarding MY vision. I tried to explain to him that I was satisfied with my current prescription, but he still insisted on bumping my prescription up significantly despite my concerns. He said that if he doesn't increase my prescription to these levels, that he could be liable if I get into a car accident. After doing my research, this is not true in the slightest. If it were true, I would be willing to sign a waiver but that wasn't offered. He said that if he didn't increase my prescription, that I may not even pass the DMV eye exam, which is also untrue. He pulled up the vision chart for the DMV eye exam and I could read it perfectly. He didn't even check to see if my current glasses were satisfactory enough to see the 20/20 vision line. I feel like I was lied to and manipulated. The contacts that he gave me at these significantly increased levels have given me migraines and severe headaches over the past week. This prescription level is causing me physical pain, but based on how I was treated, I know that if I bring it up, that I will likely be dismissed. All this from a medical provider who is supposed to make their patients' lives better. Unfortunately, now I can't even go to a different eye doctor because my insurance only covers one eye exam per year. In the 18 years that I have worn glasses, I've never received this kind of treatment before. I practically left the office visit in tears because of the treatment that I received. I have reached out to customer service so we will see if I hear anything back. Based on my experience, at this time, I would recommend going to a different eye doctor who cares about their patients. A provider who will actually listen to their patients' concerns and cares about their quality of life rather than making a quick buck.

Worst experience ever - avoid Vision Works at all cost! Purchased a warranty plan that advertised free repairs and replacements, was told after my replacement glasses where 2 weeks late from the promised completion date that we owed $30. Good luck ever trying to get a hold of them for assistance, I was only able to get things sorted out when I made a trip in-person. I will never do business here again.

Visionworks' website says this location is open until 8:00 PM, their phone recording says it is open until 8:00 PM, and their own sign states they are open until 8:00. We arrived here at 7:40, and it is indeed closed. Poor work ethic by the management and/or employees here, evidently.

First time taking my son. I shared my concerns with the a doctor. I felt as if though I was being rushed out of the clinic. The doctor kept asking “anything else” after quickly answering my questions. The whole appointment took 30minutes and my son was prescribed with strong lenses. Of course as a mother I’m worried and needed more explanation of what was going on with his eyes. On top of that his eyes were dilated and no one in clinic told me that I should put sunglasses on for my son. I was too worried worrying about the prescription he got and no one reminded me. So disappointed 😔

Dr Hasan was very knowledgeable and great at working with my 15 month old daughter. She was not trying to cooperate, and he was able to measure her eyes and determine exactly what we needed. Now she has her glasses and we are getting to a point where she looks like she is missing something without them! Bonus pic of the glasses on her Spider-Man doll before she was super comfortable with them.
