Great, convenient, and thorough service! I was added in very last minute for an eye issue and I couldn't have been treated better! I worked with Dr. Haresdin and she made me feel reassured and cared for. I will definitely be following up for my yearly exams with her!

Got lots of educational knowledge about my vision and new technologies of how neurolens works. Great staff. Very friendly. Great with communication. Answered all my questions with thoroughly to where I understand. Great help with helping me pick my frames for my glasses. Thank you so much team!

Unfortunately I did not verify insurance prior to visit and when I got to office was informed my new insurance was not accepted so could not keep my appointment. I cannot afford to pay out of pocket at this time. Regardless I have had a wonderful 30 years with Dr Brad (I was looking forward to seeing him one last time) and wish him a wonderful retirement. The staff is great and I will miss them.

I have been using this optometrist for years. I haven't had insurance for quite some time, and found this to be the best economical route to achieving proper care. I will continue to go here despite the fact the my current insurance wont cover this location. Dr Gustafson and Dr Vieker are the absolute best. They truly care about my health and well being. Each time I come, they remember me personally. They always have appropriate suggestions for some potentially complicated needs. My prescriptions have always been quite accurate. A couple of times I had examinations at other locations, but the glasses I had received there, were never quite as functional. Ive been quite tough on my prescriptions, and they have always gotten me back up to speed in a couple of days when I damaged them. Ive never felt rushed, or talked into something I didn't want. Additionally they guarantee their work and willingly make adjustments when appropriate. Gwen and the other staff members are professional, courteous and efficient. I cant remember all their names, but even with masks I remember their smiles. Thanks for taking good care of me.

Normally I like walmart vision store what bothers me I made a appointment on a Thursday my appointment was for Saturday at 1pm. I called Thursday mid afternoon for this Saturday appointment got a call from Walmart confirming my appointment for Saturday on Friday. I'm thinking I have appointment for Saturday right. Wrong I get a phone call hours before my appointment saying the can't contact my insurance company to confirm coverage are you kidding me you had a day and a half to check this out. Not happy! !!!!!

Been going to this location and doctor for all six members of the family for over a decade. They have taken great care of us.

I had a wonderful experience at the Target Optical in Eden Praire, MN on 8/5. I wish I knew the woman’s name but I do not but she was very helpful to me in choosing new glasses that I actually wound up getting 2 new pairs. My current glasses were not fitting great (one of the reasons for getting new ones) so she took those in the back and made some adjustments and they now fit like a glove. I am very happy with the service I received and my experience!

Thanh, a Target Optical employee at Eden Prairie Target (Flying Cloud Drive), was extremely helpful over the phone to answer some questions I had regarding my contact prescription. She was very responsive and followed up quickly. I really appreciated her organization, knowledge and positivity during our interactions! Thank you, Thanh! :)

A couple of years ago, I had a skiing accident which resulted in a concussion. Initially, I thought I would be better in a couple of days, but instead it took more than a year and a half of healing. My symptoms included problems with my vision, sensitivity to light, and dizziness. I tried a number of therapies, and enrolled in a program with a well-known brain injury clinic. However, it wasn't until I started working with Mindy at the Minnesota Vision Therapy Center that I started to notice real improvement. She is an amazing therapist and the entire team at the Minnesota Vision Therapy Center is committed to helping people heal and progress. My improvement was not quick, but it was steady and when I felt discouraged, Mindy always encouraged and inspired me to keep moving forward. I would recommend the Minnesota Vision Therapy Center to anyone who has had a concussion and is having vision issues or dizziness. I know they treat a lot of other vision issues, as well. If you are having vision issues, I recommend giving them a call. I cannot recommend them highly enough! I am now almost 100 percent healed and I believe I will continue to improve with time. I continue to use the strategies and eye exercises provided to me by the Center and I am enjoying my life again.
