Amazing in this day and age! Great service, outstanding care, real follow through. Let me explain all 3. I had a foreign object in my eye the day following Thanksgiving. Nobody open but Clarity. I was not an existing patient but was treated like their best customer. Squeezed me in. Dr. Most was the Most. He dealt with the problem very quickly and effectively. I was prescribed medication and when I arrived at the pharmacy they said it had not been sent in. I called the office (frustrated, this was a long day) and the person said they would look into the problem and call me back. You’ll never guess what happened next, they did cal me back! Not only did they call me but the pharmacy also. Problem gone. This was not a good experience, it was a perfect experience. Thank you Clarity!!

Been a patient of Spec's Eyeware since 2007! Dr. Bloc and team are phenomenal, attentive, and a pleasure to work with. They especially don't judge me when I wind up with 15+ frames on the "Yes Table" and make it an exciting experience narrowing down my yearly frames. Thank you for all you do Spec's!

Dr. Kresch was able to get me in for a same day appointment and calmed my fears immediately with utmost professionalism! She did a thorough exam, is extremely knowledgeable, and was able to explain my eye issue expertly in a way I could understand. She taught me how to care for my eyes and ensured my eyes felt better before I left the appointment. I highly recommend this practice!

Outstanding Care. Dr. Kresch is extremely thorough, taking the necessary time to examine and evaluate her patients. Since my issue is very complex, her skill and specialized experience was very important to me. She takes the time and care to execute the skills in her specialty field and the results are indicative of that commitment. My vision is now like backing up the clock 20 years. My world is open again to things I haven’t been able to enjoy. Can’t thank her and her practice enough. I wouldn’t trust my vision for any other doctor.

If you're having trouble getting fitted for the proper contact lens. Don't go anywhere else. I went to several different doctors and none of them addressed my dry eyes except at Michigan contact lenses. I can see out of contacts now AND my eyes feel great! Thanks to team here at Michigan contact lenses!

Just had my second cataract done and I’m beyond thrilled with the results. Dr. Kalt did an excellent job fitting my new lenses and was able to correct my really bad vision to 20/25. His office staff are always friendly and welcoming also.

Seen in hospital for attack. Found irregularity. Provided follow up. 20 minute appointment became 2 hours for thorough inspection. All good. Suggested referral by primary to neurologist. Incredible service. Fast staff. Easy to find. Good signage. Terribly difficult parking. Highly suggest a carpool. Eyes dilated unexpectedly, grateful to have a ride, prepared for complications to schedule. Pleased with extensive expertise of doctors. Negative result thank goodness. Insurance for this just got complicated.

Went for a follow up appointment and my time was wasted and I am upset that I can’t get it back. Took off work and had someone drive me and everything and of course my insurance will be billed. They brushed off my concerns and couldn’t tell me why I was back again, this was a rush appointment and they did nothing. Dr Heideman wanted me back and I came and he did nothing, the resident dr Truman did not know anything what was going on. I will not be back. Horrible experience!!

I called to make an appointment for my mom after changing her current dr due to insurance coverage change. She has a glacoma and will need to see a dr to keep eye pressure stable and monitored.they push her to december and now we are in September I explained how important to schedule her soon to check eye pressure but they kept her appointment till December.seems they don't care about patients vision or and how this disease is challenging .

Had very uncomfortable eyes, Doctor gave a through eye exam, and gave me sheet of Her instructions that I keep for reference. Following her guidelines and suggestions no more problems! Hey bedside manner is great and takes the time to fully go through all the details! I'm afraid I Reallly Really Like Her! I think her name is Dr. Salter. 🤗

Outstanding Doctors, staff and facility.Very professional, I was here from Florida visiting family for Thanksgiving and had a minor eye injury. They were able to see me immediately and took great care of me. Very impressive, full service eye care practice.
