Dr. Cianni is very thorough, knowledgeable and professional. She takes as much time as is needed to explain what is going on. Always very patient about answering questions. I definitely recommend her.

I know a good doctor when I see one because I am a doctor and it's very easy for me to tell the good ones from the bad ones. I have total confidence in Dr. Sosne as my ophthalmologist. I wouldn't keep going to him if I had any doubts in his ability. I have seen Dr. Sosne four times over the past six years and he has always been professional, meticulous, and compassionate. Fortunately, I don't have any serious eye problems but I'm always reassured that my eyes have been thoroughly checked for problems before I get discharged. The only reason I rated them 4 stars is because you typically have to wait 70 minutes before you get to see Dr. Sosne.

Dr. Ballinger and her team of therapists are amazing! The compassionate, courteous and professional office team provides Cate that goes above and beyond. They have done an amazing job restoring my child's confidence and raising her self-esteem.

My visit was wonderful. The Doctors and techs were professional and kept me informed of what would happen next. Dr. Nelsen was very nice, he listened to my concerns, and answered all of my questions. I am very Thankful I was referred to them for my eye care.

Dr Johnson is wonderful, he did my eye surgery 18 yrs ago, and has been my eye Dr for 20 yrs, I would not trust my eyes to another Dr. He's the best.

Made an appointment for my mom for 7:30AM. In respect of the office’s time I showed up to the appointment 7:15AM in case we needed to fill out paperwork. I come to find the appointment was actually made for 7:50. Side note: I was told if you show up to your appointment early, you are still to wait until your appointment time. A 7:50AM appointment time, we did not see the doctor until 9:50 AM. A 2 HOUR wait from the appointment time. The doctor also spent less than 5 minutes with us because everything he needed to see was in the imaging. I asked to continue follow-up with our optometrist and the doctor responded if it was because we were in a rush. We are not in a rush but 2 hours waiting for the doctor is exhausting. The doctor said if we decided to come back he will tell them VIP treatment without wait. That’s nice but all patients should be treated like that with their time respected. The only person I was impressed with was Joel, the technician. Overall, show up right on time and be ready to wait a long time.

I have been going to Billy for almost 5 years. I recommend friends, family, everyone that asks, go see him. I seriously can only tell you about nightmares when dealing with every other eye doctor I have seen previous to him. … More

I almost didn't make an appointment here after reading the reviews.... I am so glad that didn't listen to them and made the appt anyway. I had a great experience, the Dr. was very intelligent, had a great bed side manner, and I felt confident in the care I received. The rooms were spotless and equipment was very clean. The other employees were very friendly and helpful. My glasses came earlier than expected. Like I said, I'm happy I didn't let the other bad reviews turn me away! I would recommend this vision center to others!

I found Dr. Hertzog to be very straight forward and consise with his explanation of the concerns I was having about my eyes. I listened to the options that he told me about. I took his advice as what to do and I’m glad I did. I had him perform surgery and it was very successful. I can now see to drive at night. Along with Dr. Hertzogs pleasantness, his whole staff is very accommodating, friendly and helpful.
