The office itself is beautiful and clean, the staff is so friendly and helpful. We were in and out with glasses picked out before an hour was up. 10/10 highly recommend!

I saw Dr George in Grosse Pointe. It came to my attention how wonderful I was greeted at check in and the explanation of my visit. I was just as impressed with the care I was given from the nurse that took me back and went over my chart with me. She studied it well and went through my messages and health concerns. She even offered to correct an error on my chart for me. She was so pleasant and displayed a great work ethic. Dr George came in and took the time to break down my health issue. He not only gave his opinion on the matter but explained as to why in much detail. One of the best doctors I have ever visited. So often it seems that good doctors don't always have a good staff supporting them. That was not the case at all with this facility. I left my visit wishing that all Doctor appointments were ran in the same professional manner as this clinic displayed.

A super good doctor, and very nice too. Did a fantastic job removing the excess skin on my eyelids. You can't even see any scares, made the incision in the crease of the lid. I can actually see better, and look a bit younger too!

The best eye doctor in the EVER! I have been going to him since I was in my late 20s, he's patient, precise, and KNOWS what he is talking about. I'm very sensitive to anyone touching my eyes...Dr. George accommodates to everyone's needs. My mother and brother are also patients of Dr. George's and have been for over a decade.

Really professional but easy and friendly environment with top notch selection of glasses to choose from. I personally had a great experience and 100% satisfied with my glasses. I can finally truly see and I have been missing out. Thanks mike.

Went for a contact lens exam a couple years ago. One of my eyes takes a much higher Rx than the other. The gentleman tried to tell me that I needed a + 7 pwr in that eye. I told him I currently was wearing a +11. He tried to convince me that my eye had improved. I am a senior citizen and trust me your eyes don’t improve when you are north of 60. I never went back. Went to a much better optometrist who actually increased my Rx . Avoid this place for contacts.

This office is incredible! Dr. Hickinson is thee best, more than just an eye doctor! And the main reason I keep coming back is Kathleen! She sold me some glasses over 20 years ago for another company and when I discovered her here again I was elated!!! The best office ever!

Had a wonderful experience. Everyone there from the manager to the assistants to the doctor were so kind and helpful. Cant recommend them enough if you need help with your vision, reasonable prices and very knowledgable staff

Customer service was phenomenal but my husband and I were both taken aback how brief and hurried the actual refraction was. It felt hurried and very little time was available for questions with the professional. Glasses came ready extremely quick. I guess a little more care and less rush in the actual refraction process would have made this a 5/5 experience

Everyone was fantastic during every step. Really sweet folks here that explained everything clearly and concisely. Was anxious about seeing a new doctor after changing locations, they made me feel really comfortable. 10/10
