Very pleasant experience. Everyone there was helpful and courteous. The doctor was just very lovely and explained everything that she was doing. I would recommend it to anyone. they were very helpful the day that I was there. I had just had surgery on my both of my legs and they saw me coming open the door for me and just was so courteous and kind. Thank you “LADIES ”at SVS.

The St. Clair Shores SVS vision has the best staff that truly care. Jody and Angel helped me 10 minutes before they closed with my son's 3 day old broken glasses... kids! They were friendly and understanding even with their last client of the day. I've had nothing but great experiences here and we're new clients to the location in the past 6 months. I highly recommend this location and will be their client as long as I'm living in Michigan. As I told Jody and Angel, this is the best eye glass place I've been to since leaving the small town shop I went to nearly 30yrs ago. Thank you, ladies.

Thank you so much everyone at SVS! I came in as a stranger and left feeling like a friend. I was treated with respect and kindness from the ophthalmologist, front desk personnel, and Angel the Assistant Manager. I can’t wait to pick up my new glasses!! I would highly recommend the SVS on Harper in St. Clair Shores to anyone in need of an eye exam and/or glasses!!

All of my experiences at both the Southfield and St. Clair Shores locations have been wonderful. Everyone I have met are friendly and happy to answer any questions about tests and procedures. Dr. Michael Siegel has always been easy to talk to about my eyes and he explains as simply as possible what is going on and any procedures. He takes the time to listen and answer any questions.

I came here with my mom and the waiting room was packed. There was one receptionist at the front desk and there was another at the back desk. The overall flow of the office was quick and efficient. Everyone was polite. My mom was complementing the doctor because of his professionalism. All of the assistance as well as texts were very polite. Even though they had a heavy schedule, they never rushed my mother. My mom is on a walker and they took their time and even joked with her getting her in and out of each room. She was told that she should get surgery for her eyes to clear the Glaucoma, and she began to cry, and the assistance was incredibly empathetic, as well as the doctor and all the other staff members due to her fear of needles, the simple discussion of any surgical procedure sends her anxiety through the roof. So a huge thank you to that made her experience a pleasant one..

I love this place. The eye doctor is so nice! The people that help select glasses are great and they show you exactly how much you owe with the insurance break down. They have lots of options for frames too!

Best optical place in town!! You wont be disappointed great selection also. Tim and his family run a awesome business!! Don't support corporate support local business like the dolans! Thank you for always taking care of my family! You guys rock!!

Dr. Bernthal is an excellent doctor with a great “bedside” manner. He listens carefully, cares about his patients and is very knowledgeable! Go to him with confidence!
