The front desk had nasty customer service. Don't come here If your looking to be helped because they do NOT care to help anyone without a really bad ATTITUDE. There was 2 woman that spoke on the phone and in person that both just had poor attitudes. I wish I had gotten both names but only one told me the name which was Marie. If you want a good familly friendly place that likes to help customers DO NOT GO THERE.

They have a great selection of eye glasses for the entire family. Price range is reasonable, depending on what you are looking for. I didn't get eye glasses today, nothing spoke to me today, but I will return again.

Tabitha and all of the ladies there were great. Very smooth experience from intake to exam to pickup of my new glasses. Everything was explained along the way and I was made to feel very comfortable there. Never a rush to pick out my glasses or decide on lenses. All of the options were explained to me but they did not put pressure on me to buy more than I wanted. Great experience!

I had the best experience getting an eye exam! The Receptionist was very nice and checked me in even though I was 5 minutes early and then being taken back to the tech room Emma was amazing! She was super nice and made getting the dreadful tests so much more enjoyable, the doctor was very nice and the optician was very helpful when deciding on glasses. Tabitha the assistant manager was outstanding, she helped explain everything to me and it helped me understand where my money was going when it came to purchasing what I needed. They all went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of. I would 1000% recommend going there and seeing all those lovely ladies.

I love these guys and dolls, they are friendly from the front desk to the Physicians and with a smile and quite courteous and always explain as they go along. From me to you, thank you!

Dr Obertynski is the most amazing glaucoma specialist in the area! He takes excellent care of his patients and spends a good amount of time with each patient.

The whole team was amazing. Very high tech imaging and professional. Dr Fiai was great! She and her Fellow really listened and dug into my reports. It was a well oiled, considerate, thorough and talented team.

Had 3 appointments with Dr Faia; at each she was informative, encouraging, understanding and responsive to my eye care needs. Would definitely return if need be and also would highly recommend her if you have a retinal issue. If you do, you'll be in good hands.

Dr Lisa Faia is not just a fabulous doctor but a warm and caring person. My experiences with her, Dr Wolf and Dr Matthew Trece have been a blessing to me in a very scary time with a detached retina. I highly recommend this practice and all the wonderful, caring doctors, nurses, and employees there.

Heather was awesome and communicated well, that the physician was running behind which was very much appreciated. Dr. Kudla was so patient and addressed all of my questions and concerns. It was nice to walk into a medical office that is Professional, and a doctor that isn’t rushing you out the door to get to the next patient. These days that is very difficult to find, and is much appreciated. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone searching for a good optometrist.
