While the staff and drs are friendly and the scheduling system is smooth, I cannot get over the fact that the office here cannot seem to bill correctly. I have paid my copay correctly multiple times and have been able to verify as much via bank statement, yet I keep receiving the same bill for the same services I have paid for. The same has happened to my husband, and when we called the billing dept to get things taken care of the first time, they zero’d out his account without reapplying any of his overpayment. This has since been resolved, but we are very disappointed with all of the hoops we have had to jump through just to pay simple bills to MEI.

Dr Diskin was friendly, kind and very thorough and explained everything to me about my eyes. He asked if I thought I could see well enough without glasses and put the choice in my hands to purchase them or not. He was not pushy which I appreciated! He will be my eye doctor now!! Staff was courteous and friendly! They did explained that I had a bill but asked if I wanted to pay today, part or all or pay when I could. No other office I’ve ever been in has been that nice about payment! Great all-around experience, even the wait was not bad!

My family has been going to the Mithoff Vision Center for several years and we have always had a great experience. We have been able to easy schedule the appointments when we need to and have always been taken care of at or before our appointment time. The doctor is very thorough and explains what she is doing during the appointment. My son loves that she provides scientific explanations for his questions. Love this place!

I have had the pleasure of visiting Mithoff Vision Center for the past couple of years for my optometry appointments. From the start of my appointment to the end, I had an excellent experience. Each time I come I know I am in the greatest of hands. The staff at Mithoff Vision are very friendly and welcoming. Every time I come for my appointment I am greeted by warm smiles, making me feel comfortable and at home. The office itself is not only clean and organized but inviting. In addition, I did not have to wait long to be seen for my appointment. Dr. Susan Mithoff Quade, my optometrist, took her time to make me feel comfortable and you can tell how much she cares and all the compassion she has for each of her patients. She is highly knowledgeable in the field of optometry; answering any questions or concerns I may have had. Throughout the eye exam, the doctor’s expertise shined through. From her comprehensive exam, ensuring all of my questions are answered. I knew I was receiving top-tier eye care. Moving onto the eyewear, let’s just say it is fantastic! They have a range of brands, colors, and frames. With all the variety in eyewear, you can find the glasses that are just right for you! The staff are there to help guide you every step of the way and to assist you in finding the perfect frames for you. Overall, my experience here is nothing but amazing. Everything from the professional and friendly staff, the eyewear selection, the office itself, and the comfort present within the office makes this office standout within the world of optometry. SVS is a great place to go for eye exam and glasses/contacts. The staff is very professional, friendly and helpful. My exam was thorough and everything was explained extremely well. I highly recommend SVS for your optical care.

I absolutely love this place. They are so helpful in selecting the best frame for your particular shape face as well as suggesting the additional options that can be added such as no glare, photo gray or transition. So nice to work with the professional style they have at this location. I always walk out of there feeling i Look the best I can!!!

The WORSE customer service ever. CHRISTEL was so rude she looked like she hated her life. My experience there was terrible. I asked what her name was she did not want to tell me. I asked her multiple times than she told me “CHRISTEL” in a very aggressive, rude voice. This lady should not be working in customer service if she does not know how to speak to people. I would never ever go there again and I don’t recommend anyone to also go there. MAYBE SHE NEEDS TO FIND ANOTHER JOB SINCE SHE LOOKS LIKE SHE MISERABLE WORKING THERE

Reeda is 1 of the most outstanding employees she kept her word on every thing she told me and reach out to me several times and the doctor as well he is so wonderful
