Wouldn’t recommend. Wait time was 1 1/2 hours from appointment time. When it was time for my child to be examined I was told I couldn’t accompany my child due to Covid regulations. I don’t care what Phd or title anyone has, I don’t allow my minor daughter to be alone in a room with any male person under any circumstances. I find it inappropriate and will never come here again for any services for my family.

I wish I could give six stars. My left lens withered and dried out during our trip to the US and I didn’t have spare monthlies. We popped in here and they sorted me out with a new pair of contacts within ten minutes, they were so nice.

Dr Schuricht and his staff are not only knowledgeable but have a great bedside manner. He explains things in ways I understand and is very punctual. He has a delightful personality and is a great Dr.

Very poor level of communications. Basically insensitive. Machine-like. Concerns expressed about significant eye scratchiness discomfort following laser removal of cataract were met with explanation that this is not unusual. However, I don't recall being warned of this during pre-surgery. Be aware and make sure to consider options cataract surgeons before making a final decision.

I got Cartier glasses there. The selection is great and service is professional. Will be back for my annual eye exam!!

I’m done doing business with CVS after my experiences with this store. 10/2/23 showed up at 7:15pm only to find the store closes at 7pm. Myself and another customer found a locked door. Okay. My mistake. Next time I’ll check online. This CVS closes early for some reason. Whatever. I move on. 10/3/23 show up at 6:35pm. Front door locked, right next to a sign that says “closes at 7pm”. I see the pharmacy drive thru window is open. I go to it. I wait for the customer in front of me, who is also standing, as she was turned away at the front door, too. It’s my turn. They have 1 of 4 prescriptions. Okay. Stuff happens. I’ll come back for remaining prescriptions tomorrow. 10/4/23 I call the pharmacy at noon and ask if my prescriptions will be ready. Response from pharmacist: “I see nothing on my end holding this up.” I show up at 6:30pm. Front is locked. Again. Right next to “store closes at 7pm” sign. Again. I go the drive thru window. Again. I wait for 3 cars in front me, as I stand. It’s my turn. Pharmacist tells that I have to be in my car. I say “my car is right there. And I went to the front door, but it’s locked. Like it has been locked early the past three nights.” They make an exception and let me stand. Then they tell me they don’t have my other prescriptions. They will be ready tomorrow. Guess we’ll see what tomorrow brings! Thankfully, this is my last refill. I will take future prescriptions to the Rite Aide right down the street. I proudly post this at 10/4/23 at 7:13pm.

My appointment with Dr. Bell was right when they lost power to the entire block — severed electrical line. She called Mooresville to get me in there but I did t feel comfortable driving there as my GPS wasn’t working properly. She said come and see at 8 tomorrow morning. As I was driving home , received a call to return as power back on. Dr Bell explained why I needed to be seen immediately after having floaters following cataract surgery. Thankfully no issues. She did everything she could to make sure I was seen that day! Dr Bell explained that what she was doing and why. Really appreciate her and all her extra effort! Thanks. Connie

By far, I recieved excellent customer service. Both the receptionist and Optometrist were very professional, polite, courteous. I felt like they really cared about my vision needs. I was treated with respect and friendliness. Thank you for such a calm smooth easy-going environment!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Caister for over 10 years and now my whole family goes to the St. Clair office. He’s always thorough, easy to talk to, and explains things in a way that makes sense. You never feel rushed and you know you’re getting great care. The staff is super friendly and they always do a great job getting us in on time. We’re so thankful for how kind and helpful everyone is here. Highly recommend Dr. Caister and his team, they make going to the eye doctor a great experience!
