For Visionworks

Had an eye appointment today and got there an hour early to look at frames. Two employees were working with customers. After 35 minutes, I was not greeted or acknowledge being in the store. Just because of that I canceled my appointment. I’ve been to Visionworks in Maplewood, MN and actually gave them a great Google review, but I couldn’t do it here. At least acknowledge your customers when they come into the store and tell them someone will be right with you. Super disappointed.

Dr. Gunton has been seeing our daughter for years now for an eye issue. I could say enough good things about Dr. Gunton. She is so incredibly good with kids. My daughter is a very shy girl and she has no problems with Dr. Gunton and interacting with her due to how friendly of a doctor she is. Ontop of that we have seen multiple eye doctors now and Dr. Gunton in my opinion is the most knowledgeable and professional by far. She does a great job explaining to my wife what is going on so we can understand it. You can tell she cares deeply about her patients and wants the best course of action for them. Highly Highly recommend her!
