My son needed his glasses fixed on a Sunday. Not only was I able to get an appointment with Peter, but he efficiently and graciously took care of our issue with no charge. I'm so grateful that a business with this level of genuine customer service exists!

Dr. Lee is a phenomenal Doctor. He took the time to listen to all my concerns and explained the Endolift procedure and recovery process in detail. His assistant Andrew is excellent! He scheduled all my appointments and followed up during my recovery. I highly recommend Dr.Lee and Andrew! I am extremely happy with my results!

They say it's a very good clinic, but I've called and called and they never answer the phone. I wish they would improve their customer service.

Unprofessional customer care. Despite calling them three times, they didn't mention that they only accept cash and refuse any insurance. Charged me 30 dollars just for signing a slip of paper.

We were traveling in the area on a road trip when I lost partial vision in one eye. The clinic got me in quickly. Dr.McInnis was professional, explaining what the problem was and beginning treatment, to be continued when I return home. Kind and personable staff, from start to finish.

Dr. Purgert is accurate, extremely professional, and easily explains issues to a client. Paula is an efficient receptionist. The male attendant (I believe his name is Derek - has infant twins and a three-year old) is cordial, very helpful since I had limited mobility due to . lrecent fracture I have been a patient of Dr. Levine, Dr. Lamping and now Dr. Purgert I am very satisfied with the care and professionalism I have. always received.

Toxic work environment. Owner Mike Shane openly screams at and talks down to his employees. As a former pregnant employee I felt discriminated against & threatened. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
