This is the best place ever! Dr. Hall is wonderful! I've been going here 25+ years and don't have any complaints. They help anyway they can. If there's anything your insurance doesn't cover, the prices are reasonable. Plus nobody makes glasses better or faster! They also have the biggest selection of medicaid frames.

They will grind your lenses down so much that they will be lose in your frames and rattle around or fall out, plus numerous other issues with their quality..there are better places, me nor my 3 kids will be back to dr Hall's office avoid this place if possible

Dr Hall was the most efficient and professional optometrist I have ever had in my 66 years. Candid and very accomplished, excellent office staff also! Glad I found the best!

My family has been going to SVS for eye care for 5 years now and we absolutely love them! The ladies in the front always go above and beyond to help you find the perfect pair of glasses!

Alisha/Alicia (not sure of the spelling, sorry) was absolutely amazing!! She has and amazing personality and is the epitome of what great customer service looks like!! She was so helpful, extremely informative, and oh so welcoming!!! She was very patient with me and my fiance and gave us honest opinions of the frames and lenses we chose. Because of this particular sales representative, my family and I have a new favorite place and we will primarily shop at the Flint SVS location because the customer service was truly superb!!! Can't wait to go back soon!!!

First time visit went very well. I only had a 5 minute wait to be seen by the technician, who was very polite and knew her job. Then, another very short wait (2-3 minutes) and Dr. Emily came in for my exam. She too was very polite and thorough. Dr. Emily went above and beyond in making sure a prescription for Retasis went through without being declined by my insurance. I have not seen in my 57 years, any physician, nurse, technician, etc...stay on "Hold" with a pharmacy just to ensure her patient gets what she needs. Well done Dr. Emily! The last step was picking out glasses, and there again 2-3 minute wait before a cheerful, smiling Hannah came to assist me. I asked if she would help by giving her opinion and she was happy to oblige. We both agreed on a really cute modern pair of glasses, (from the "freebie" row). I am impressed with SVS, I definitely will use them again in the future. Book your appts. early, I called in July and first available appt was September 1. Worth the wait cause I value excellent customer service.

Best vision expert around. I would highly recommend people come, and find out how professional Dr. Frasier is. Come in and experience a true professional, optometrist.

10 stars if possible. Called, left a voicemail with my info, got a call back the next day for an appointment. Got me in less than a week later and was awesome. The Dr goes above and beyond what most others do and he even offers the glasses in house for $49 which is a steal! They didn't accept my insurance but even if they did I would be paying way more anywhere else. Highly recommend!

Amazing staff! Friendly, helpful, and efficient. We have been going to Frazier Vision for years and always receive the same great service. Today we had an appointment to pick out glasses for my son, and we were in and out In under 20mins! He picked out frames, we got to go wait in the car while they put the prescription lenses in the frames (5-10mins) and they nicely brought out the frames with lenses! Highly recommend!

Great experience and the entire staff was highly professional, knowledgeable and nice people. I’ll be coming back for sure. Personally, I loved the virtual exam and can’t see me wanting anything different. Keep up the great work!!!

I've been going to this Pearle Vision store for several years. Every visit has been positive; the doctors and staff are professional, knowledgeable and courteous, and I couldn't be happier with their service.
