Went here because I had something in my eye from work. The doctor that examined my eye was awesome. Extremely kind, knowledgeable and helpful. She got the plastic piece out of my eye and explained everything thoroughly. I did not have to wait long and everyone in the office was very nice as well. This was my first time here but I can tell they truly care about their patients as the doctor told me to call back with how I was doing tomorrow and if it didn’t get better by Monday to come back. I was very happy with my experience here and will definitely come back in the future if any eye care is needed.

Great service all the way from the staff to the doctors. Great care and attention you get with help to find glasses that fit. They don't try to oversell, they are really knowledgeable. We have been going here for years.

I have been coming to this office for decades because the entire staff ihas always worked well together to create a comfortable and stress-free environment. The optometrists really know their field and are consistently calming and patient with answering all of my questions. One can tell they keep up with current knowledge and practices but they never come across as condescending or arrogant. My children also truly enjoy their visits with Doctor Shafran.

This is the best eye care center ever! My appointment was right on time , they were very thorough, and Desiree went above & beyond! She couldn’t do enough for me- she is a perfectionist , so you know you have the best glasses for the shape of your face. You’ll will not be disappointed in the least. Give them a try!!!!!

I have been going to them for years and I love them. They are the absolute the best. Everyone in that office is wonderful and Dr Zervais is extremely smart and I would recommend her to everyone. She also has a wonderful and understanding way about her. She is very knowledgeable .

I called for an eye exam, explain the situation I was in and was extremely surprised of the accommodations I was given. They had given me an appointment within the hour. The staff is very efficient and friendly and made me feel like a valued customer not just a number. I will be a customer for life. It's needless to say that I will be recommending my wife and daughter to go there. The Family eye care is a perfect name, that is how they make you feel, like family! Worst receptionist I've seen in my life. She answers 3 phone calls before she even asks for my information, and im the only person in line. Then only to tell me she scheduled me on a day the doctor wasn't there, and i called a week in advance. I requested this day off from work only to waste it. Get a competent receptionist. I won't return unless my primary cannot change it.
