No stars should be awarded to this establishment. Dr. Martinez has awful bedside manners. His explanations are short and hurried. He is a remarkably arrogant individual, and I had a truly terrible encounter with him and his front office staff. He treated me like an ignorant when I asked him to clarify something. I'll never go again, and I'd advise people to find an other location.

Went to try and get my frames fixed after the leg fell off for the second time in less than a year. No offer to help, no discount. Nothing. Condescending attitude from the manager. There are 100s of better optometrists. The actual DR is nice but the manager lacks complete customer service. Money hungry for what, an extra $25? Expecting customers to pay for more for scratched DISPLAY frames that are just going to break again in a few months? Seriously a joke y no tienen vergüenza. IT SHOULD NOT BE THIS HARD TO SEE. This place does not care about you, only your money. Edit: I called my insurance. I have lost/broken frame coverage. She was LYING for $50 like that money was going to go straight to into her pocket. Unethical as f. Best believe I will file a grievance.

Dr. Martinez gives great service. He quickly finds the problem and fixes it. His manner is always above reproach and extremely professional. His staff is always courteous and very nice to deal with. I recommend him highly. You will be happy you chose his practice for your services.

Excellent customer service and great prices! Got my prescription lens installed in less than 15 minutes! Will come back whenever I need a replacement!

So happy I chose this vision center as my new go to. Everyone is so kind, accommodating and professional. I needed an emergency visit and they took me right in.

I needed one of the legs on my glasses fixed, the screw kept coming out and was thinking that I might need to buy a new frame. The staff inserted a longer screw and fixed the bottom of the screw so it wouldn’t come out again!!! For free!! Thank you so much!

Had to find a new place since my insurance changed, and this was a great find for an eye exam. Staff is courteous, helpful, and all COVID protocols are followed. Craig took the time to read my file, my eye care history and asked questions! He went over my eye photos and explained everything. He made recommendations, but there is no hard sell. I will be going back for sure.

This place is very nice and clean! The staff is amazing. I came in for an eye exam for the first time & all I can say is excellent service. The lady in the front desk had such a great personality and was so nice and helpful!
