Horrible experience. They make tons of scheduling errors then try to blame the patient. The man up front and most of the staff is rude and dismissive. Including the doctor.

Dr. Leonard and his team are one of the best offices I have ever been to. They are helpful, caring and really care about their patients. Ever since I found this office on-line because I have Keratoconus and they specialize in this eye problem, I have not been disappointed. Dr. Leonard is an amazing doctor and has the most updated and innovative technology out there. In addition, his support team is also amazing and friendly and they really make you feel like you are important. I love theses guys and they have really become my #1 Eye Team!

I've had keratoconus since I was in highschool. It progressively got worse to the point that it affected my ability to work because I would mix words because I couldn't see that well. I started seeing Dr. Leonard and he and his staff changed my life. He is on the leading edge of keratoconus solutions. I got a pair of contacts that not only improved my eyesight but also improved comfort and enhanced my night vision significantly.
Dr. Leonard's staff goes out of their way to help their patients. I had an issue with my contacts on late Friday. I contact the office and was expecting not to hear from the office until the next business day (Monday). Gianny called me early evening on Saturday to help address the issue I had.
I think the staff is second to none. They are very professional, empathetic, go the extra mile to help and are just great people to talk to.
I am so glad I found Dr. Leonard and his staff. It has changed my life. I went from uncomfortable contacts, variable vision and terrible night vision to excellent night vision and more importantly I am able to sometimes forget I have keratoconus.

Me and my kids have been going to dr Leonard’s office for the past 6 years. Words cannot justify how great their customer service is. Dr. Leonard and his staff have gone above and beyond numerous times to accommodate our requests. Be it, getting contacts in time for my daughters choir show or getting my glasses done in time for my trip. They’ve come through for us every time. Missony and Giovanni are truly the best. They always make us feel welcomed and I always feel like I’m hanging out with my friends when I’m there :) I normally don’t write reviews but credit should be given where credit is due, and our experience at this office has always been wonderful, and it should be shared. We’ll be coming back for years to come :) keep up the good work. You guys are awesome !

I've been waiting for my glasses for 2 weeks and they said they would call and they never did and I already called this link and they don't answer, and I really need my glasses

she's rude .
other optical they were able to check my insurance but her she told you can go to another company if thats the case. just wow. Her name is mAggie

Their personnel are not friendly. I like the the quality of their lenses but the frames are cheap quality and expensive. Came back to pick up my glasses Maggie was busy at the back room while Jose was attending to a customer but he is engaging " too much conversation" with that customer does not even offer a chair to seat while I'm waiting until after standing awhile I myself ask for a chair then he said "sure". Very unprofessional !! This is beside the point that my glasses were delayed at some point because Jose forgot to measure my new frame, i already left when i realized but I called back immediately he hanged up the phone too long and did not came back to me at all . Management should look to this very incompetent employee.

I had an appointment at 2, and the doctor walks in the door at 2:50. The employees are nice which is why I’m not giving 1 star, but making a patient wait an hour is unprofessional.

Amazing Optometrist! They literally got me in the same day last minute before they close! I went in at 4:15pm today and walked out with 2 boxes of new contact lenses!
They are also really adorable! I highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
