I had an appointment at 2, and the doctor walks in the door at 2:50. The employees are nice which is why I’m not giving 1 star, but making a patient wait an hour is unprofessional.

I came here a couple months ago for new lenses and the white pregnant lady is the sweetest and most helpful person ever!! Another employee at this location messed up my glasses horribly one of my lenses popped off as I tried my glasses on in my car after asking her to fix them multiple times but when I told the white pregnant lady, she was so patient and actually listening to what I was saying and fixed them perfectly. She said they were really messed up. She needs to be manager if she is not already. She gives the best customer service to everyone as I was observing her help other customers as well!

This place closes at 7 according to the voicemail I received and hours listed. So Monday I rushed over to get my frames but they were already closed and it was 640. When I told them I had received a message, they not only made me wait outside the gate but handed me frames thru the gate as if they were inprisoned. They said the close early to clean.... seriously??? You dont need to close to clean! The girl kept apologizing knowing the service they were providing was wrong, yet I bet she had no choice wether its corporates doing or the other girl who was at the cashier its just wrong. If a place closes at the time listed it has no business closing earlier than that. The only reason they are getting 3 stars is because the girl was genuinely sorry and I could tell.

I did not have appointment today when I entered vision center today. A lovely young lady by the name of Deysi approached me with a wonderful smile and asked if she could help me! Needless to say she was extremely sweet knowledgeable and wonderful to chat with while she was helping fill my new prescription glasses. I do highly recommend if you need glasses to please go to vision center, and hopefully you'll be waited on by Deysi! If not her then I'm sure somebody else is just as knowledgeable! Thank you for such a wonderful service!

Allison was great! Gave me a ton of information that most optometrist offices don’t! She went out of her way to help me as best as she could and I am so grateful because it was all last minute and she made sure she took care of me! I highly recommend coming here! 🥰 …

Very friendly staff. The optometrist Nga Lu was knowledgeable, efficient, and personable. The person who checked me out, Allison, was very nice, attentive, and gave great advice. Great experience overall.

The staff were so friendly and nice. They were very helpful in helping me find my new pair of glasses and I did not feel rushed. The optometrist was so calm, and my exam went by quick. Highly recommended
