No doubt the Drs are excellent but the administration staffs are awful in every aspects.

Best Eye Doctor around Jackson Heights. The doctor is very genuine and treats you like family. Awesome service and quality without breaking the bank. The doctor offers a free eye exam when you buy glasses or contacts. If you walk around Roosevelt Avenue, they'll charge you around $50.00. My friends, the doctor is a good person and treats clients like family. He gives discounts and doesn't charge for the eye exam if you buy glasses, contacts, or contact lenses. Around Roosevelt and 37th Street, most doctors will charge you for your eye exam. I highly recommend him.

After my first purchase, I was sold. Used the same shop for years. Great staff, very helpful. I informed them I like city glasses, not Fayetteville Country style, and they came through.

Extremely nice staff. Dr. Wong is really professional and friendly. I felt very well taken care of. They also have a nice collection of glasses and the young ladies at the front desk are very helpful. I like this place a lot.

I am always pleased with this office. Dr. Hope Henderson is knowledgeable and practical. She has answers to all my questions and very good, simple solutions to any issues. The entire team is a pleasure, and I have gone to Carlson & Associates for many years. I am never disappointed!

I had a wonderful experience at Surf City. I was a walk-in for glasses and Steven was extremely helpful, patient, and offered a lot of insight to my choices and insurance benefits. He made the experience seamless, I normally hate getting glasses because of how much time it takes but it was an overall smooth process. Thanks Steven!

New to Houston and needed to find a new eye doctor since I wear contacts. Everything about my experience - 5 stars, from making the appointment, to the tech’s when I arrived, to the stylish office and the eye exam. Highly recommend

I dont know what happened to this place they used to be great. I ordered my son contacts a month ago and was told it would arrive in a couple days. I called several times throughout month and was told the same thing they will arrive in a couple days. I called today and was told they are having issues with vendor and they are not receiving orders. Why would they not inform customers of this issue?!! I decided to pick up his script to go elsewhere, when I entered the place the worst smell ever hit me even with the mask on. There were diapers baby bottles all over desk and shelves. One lady on the computer was holding a new born with one hand and typing with the other unprofessional is an understatement!!

They miss calls, they cancel appointments on same day notice and never return calls. this is pretty much the worst experience I have had. I am sure not going to try this practice again. there are other Costco optometries, but it's disappointing to see this poor management at our home store.
