Very organized clinic

Very professional and personable experience. Dr Matthews' compassion is very forthcoming with her staff and patients.....she even took a moment to help a patient in the waiting room who was seemingly unable to relocate themselves from a busy cold area...she placed the patient in a more safe, less trafficked area, seems as if the family just dropped off the patient and left...I amongst other there were pleased with her willingness to extend the 'only' helping hand for this wheelchair bound patient. I will be returning because of this random unprompted act of kindness.

Dr. Matthews was excellent. I liked that she was very knowledgeable and confident. I also liked her demeanor and care about the best possible diagnosis about my eye condition. I am very pleased and satisfied.

Dr. Matthews is very knowledgeable about her practice as well as her staff and is well-versed is providing the best care needed to properly diagnose my medical condition. Highly recommend. The office is presentable and well sanitized for patient safety. Wait time was if 1-2 minutes. Having a Doctor you can trust and who thoroughly explains your care is sometimes hard to find but Doctor Matthews definitely fits the bill

Terrible place if you’re like me, impatient. I don’t even know how it has good reviews. As always with all my reviews I try to be honest with you all. I am not going to review this based on being a patient, because I have not been, nor will I ever be. But recently I was with someone that had appointments at this place and both instances they did not call the person after more than an hour of the appointment time. Listen, there is a reason why you make an appointment at a certain time. Don’t take so many freaking patients,.

Top tier service. Seriously. Everyone who works there is SO nice, helpful and knowledgeable. The doctor was kind and patient and answered all of my questions. She was incredible. Then the person who taught me how to use contacts and help me pick out my lenses was also patient and helpful. She gave me honest feedback on my lenses and helped me picked ones that look good on my face. Then once I was getting my lenses fitted they were helpful and patient and talked me through my options there. They even ran my insurance different ways to get me the most bang for my buck. It’s so hard to find this quality of service nowadays, I will definitely be continuing to do business here.

I have been seeing Dr. Amy Puerto for a few years now. She is so patient, kind, and thorough. I never feel like she is rushing me along to get to the next appointment, like in some offices. With that being said, I don't think I've ever been called back at my exact appointment time. Be prepared for a short wait in the lobby. I understand, as she is probably spending time with the patients before me, and also not rushing them through the appointment. I've recommended Dr. Puerto to anyone looking for an eye doctor and will continue to do so. Great doctor!

For the past year I’ve had multiple encounters with several physicians due to health issues. While they all have been wonderful and professional, there is only one that has gone above and beyond in regards to my care. Dr. Capps is extremely professional and knowledgeable in her field of ophthalmology but she has taken a vested interest in my overall care. Most doctors don’t have the time to discuss anything other than the primary focus of the visit. Dr. Capps has shown that I am more than a visit. Although she is my eye surgeon, she took the time to ask how I was doing with my other medical issues. I was extremely anxious of an upcoming surgery and she was able to discuss it with me and offer advice. She called me after my appointment and really alleviated my fears. Her compassion came from her heart. Sometimes patients need more than prescriptions and procedures. They need compassion. I can’t thank Dr. Capps enough for everything she did to help me. I will never forget it.
