World renowned eye care ! Absolutely the best eye care I have ever received and I have been wearing glasses for 62 years ...but I am not any longer !! Dr Djougarians skill and knowledge has given me a gift that I will never be able to repay..my eyesight These folks are THE BEST Everyone at this location is so friendly and helpful and the doctors take time to listen and explain everything If you are in need of eye care then you need not look any further

Truly a wonderful place to go if you dont have vision insurance - they really take care of you, explain everything and try to save you as much money as possible with rebates. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff!!! Been going here for years.

This practice was purchased from the former owner and the service is unfathomable when you see them and when you try to get a follow up from them. You can ever reach anyone directly for follow ups or get any response of receipts etc. be on the fact that they’ve sent the wrong prescription to me = avoid this business

I came here for an eye exam as I needed it to renew my license. The doctor was extremely kind and reassured me on any doubts and worries I had! The lady at the front desk, Nancy, was super helpful and kind when it came to a problem that occurred with my insurance. I ordered my glasses and was walked through any information I needed to be aware of. However, its been almost a month and i have yet to receive them. I’ve called 3 times and all they tell me is “it should be coming soon” but will not tell me when or where they are. I haven’t been able to drive anywhere because of the restriction on my license saying I cannot drive without the appropriate eyewear. In this sense, it has been frustrating. Other than this, the doctor and staff are friendly.

Very good service from staff and Dr. Poulsen.The only thing missing was "speculative commentary" on a couple of items bothering me that were not part of the agenda nor apparently within the realm of her expertise. Such commentary would have been welcomed--and yet understood to be speculative. I do trust her care and look forward to my forthcoming follow-up appointment.

I recently visited this optometrist shop with a minor issue with my eyeglasses. The nose pad was no longer supporting properly, causing the frame to almost touch my eyes, which was quite uncomfortable. I expected a simple fix or replacement of the nose pad, but to my surprise, the shop claimed they were unable to fix it. They suggested that I buy a new pair of glasses instead. This was not only inconvenient but also seemed like an unnecessary expense for what I believed to be a minor issue. I understand that not all problems can be fixed, but I was disappointed with the lack of effort to find a solution. A good service provider should be able to offer alternatives or at least explain why a repair isn’t possible. I ended up fixing the issue myself with a DIY solution, which makes me question the expertise of the staff at this shop. I hope my experience can serve as feedback for the shop to improve their customer service and technical skills.

Great doctor and staff. Dr Grant went out of his way to monitor a spot on my eye that he was concerned about. Really appreciate his care. Lexie the new Optometrist Tech is awesome. She took care of all the measurements and information. She is very personalable and efficient. Really enjoyed meeting her. They have some great eyewear selections. Not cheap, but worth the investment.
