Terrible, and I mean terrible, customer service. Stephanie in the contacts department kept interrupting me, and when I asked her not to, she told me that she would get someone else to help me and then hung up on me. I called back and was talked to condescendingly to by Tony the receptionist. He misinterpreted my saying I would come in in-person to deal with the issue with Stephanie, that I was threatening her! I told him that I would be asking her in-person to be more professional, because it's evident that it's easy to dismiss people with crummy service over the phone. I will never go here again and I warn you...constant miscommunications and errors abound when ordering from here. Dr. Marlane Brown is wonderful, and I will gladly head to whichever other clinic she works from. The Woodbury one is luckily a rare one for her to work at-thank goodness!

Came here today after booking an appointment last week, letting them know it was with a specific insurance company. Drove from 2 hrs away to get there and was told they stopped taking my insurance in September. Wasted gas, time and my child missed a day of school. Highly disappointed with how they handled the interaction.

Excellent treatment by all involved. Dr. Palmer treated me for an eye problem, laser nurse Pat assisted the doctor and Emm at the front desk was professional and informative. Praise for all.

From the moment I walked in to have my deteriorating eyesight examined, through two surgeries, and follow up appointments, my experience has been nothing short of excellent. Dr. Perszyk and the entire team have been professional, comforting, and thorough. For the first time in 25 years I have perfect eyesight and I could not be more happy. Thank you so much.

I went in for a diabetic eye exam. Dr. Le was very thorough in explaining what he was about to do and explained what style of glasses I should purchase. I received my glasses in a few days. Best experience

Doctor Bodley was an excellent provider! She was professional, kind, gentle, extremely explanatory, and overall it was a wonderful experience. She made me feel very comfortable! I would highly recommend....

Very rude and had no bedside manner. I had both eyes done. First surgery went well. Second surgery the new lens was placed incorrectly causing my sight in my left eye to be blurry. I went back several times to hopefully correct my vision and he was rude each time. I ended up going to a different eye doctor who was told by Dr Stein there was nothing I could do because I could go blind if they tried surgery again.
