Dr Brown is extremely knowledgeable and caring when it comes her patients and parents. She keeps my kids engaged while performing their eye exams. Makes it a positive experience for them. She makes it easy to get an urgent care appointment when needed. I can’t say enough about her bedside manner.

Will not be going back. I called to check if my glasses were ready and was put on hold 10 minutes. I hung up and called back they said they would be ready 4/5pm on 12/06/2023. I was told I would be getting a call once they were in. I never received a call so I called back was put on hold 3 times. Then I was told they were ready at 5:20 but the lab was closed so I would have to wait till the following day. I called back today and they told me the same thing they would be ready at 4/5pm 12/07/2023. I said I was told they were ready yesterday. I ended up going up to the office instead and was told at the office they would be ready at 4. I corrected the lady up front and said they were ready yesterday. Then she goes in the back and grabs my glasses. Very unprofessional Dr smith was very nice but the people working in the front are very rude.

I tried to make my husband an appointment for a diabetic eye exam. He works full time so chose this office because they don't close until 7pm on certain days. I requested a 5:00pm appointment and they refused to accommodate that. I then tried multiple other times and they refused those as well. They do not take patients after 4pm even though they don't close for 3 more hours. Don't offer late appointments if you refuse to take patients for those times. I can understand not taking anyone after 6 since you close at 7 but it doesn't take 3 hours for an eye exam.

I brought my entire family in for appointments and the staff was amazing! We were greeted with friendly smiles as we walked in and the doctors were so kind and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Smith’s Eye Care!!!

This was my first I appt. with Dr. Nicks. I found her to be extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely interested my well being. She was also cheerful and very personable. I would highly recommend Dr. Nicks to anyone with vision-related issues.

I was very pleased with my visit with Dr. Taylor Nick's, OD. She was thorough in her examination and answered all my questions and concerns. Answering not only what but why. Her bedside manner is pleasant and would easily put an anxious patient at ease. I would highly recommend Dr. Nicks.

Dr. Nicks is so kind and genuinely cares! I did not feel rushed and was so happy that she listened to all of my concerns and truly addressed them! The whole office was so nice and I didn’t wait long at all in the lobby!

Worst experience I've ever had at an eye doctor. And I could even get to the eye doctor! They kept telling me I was uninsured despite me have my vision insurance telling them I am actively insured for vision. Big waste of time and the lady was very rude and smug. As if her or the system is never wrong. (I've had coworkers under the same vision plan go here without issues)

I visited Ochsner 's Eye Center, and it was a very pleasant experience. Jessica was very attentive to my needs. She assisted me in choosing my glasses, she was such a pleasure to work with. The facility was very clean and comfortable. I will definitely refer Ochsner Eye Center to my friends and relatives. Thank you Jessica

Very nice vision center. It's not huge, but very clean and well stocked. Everyone is personable and professional. Mary was awesome to work with! She took care of my Mom throughout the entire process (selection, fitting, and purchase). Thanks Mary, you rock!!

Awesome experience! Wonderful staff and so friendly. Very helpful with all my vision needs. Went above and beyond to make my visit a very pleasant experience! Highly recommend.
