This is going to be my favorite place to go to from now on. I struggle with a lot of anxiety especially with anything involving examinations around my head or face in general, but this location helped make it easy for me. The staff is very kind, patient and good at explaining everything simply and direct to me about what does what and how to proceed. I also loved meeting with the eye doctor who's name I didn't get to ask, but he's very helpful and kind. I really appreciate how much he helped me through the eye examination process when testing my vision, easy to get along with and humorous. This is the best place to go to where I will be looking forward to continue visiting for my eye appointments, thank you so much for the wonderful service here!

HD Retina Eye Center is a lovely modern facility with highly skilled and qualified staff. They are thoughtful, kind, and accommodating. They're work is extremely thorough. Dr. Dhindsa is a master of his medicine with an unusual passion for his work. And he is utterly charming.

I waited for 1.5 hours for my appointment and then my doctor told me he was having vision issues because of his surgery. The doctor had poor personal space boundaries and made me physical uncomfortable. He also continued talking about his own surgery during my care which was annoying because I was already behind in timing for my errands. I will not be coming vack

Dr Bautista is a competent and caring professional who patiently examined my sister. He was direct about her challenges and explained all of it clearly and recommended appropriate follow up care.

Best customer service specially the new manager (shammi ) she is soo welcoming and helpful. I will recommend this location to all my family and friends

Dr. Amini was professional & attentive! She took time to out explain my condition & educate me on aftercare. I truly appreciate the care and genuine concern she shows me at every visit.

Everyone was very sweet! All of my Concerns were answered, recommendations were made, and once I was moved back to the front to pick my glasses out Hannah took the liberty to choose some frames based off of the style I currently had. She was really sweet along with Ms. Jayden. I feel so terrible the doctor told me his name and it went in one ear and out the other. He is a tall younger looking Caucasian man and he was also very sweet made me feel very comfortable! Thank you all for a great experience! My sister recommended them and I am very pleased with the services ☺️

Just had my first appointment with Dr. Khan. I switched from another RS and the quality of care with Dr. Khan blows the other doctor out of the water. Kind, gentle, and great bedside manner/communication. If you need a RS, don’t hesitate to see him.

I had a great experience at Arcadia Eyecare. Ashley F was fantastic. I had so much fun trying on glasses with her and picking out the perfect pair. But then something weird happened- when I got my new glasses, there was something about them I didn’t like. I felt bad going back and saying that I didn’t like my new glasses, but Ashley was wonderful. She helped me find another frame that worked with the lenses I had purchased, and now I have fun, purple glasses that I love. Arcadia Eyecare has a very good selection of cool frames to choose from. Prior to picking out glasses, I had an eye exam with Dr. J Anderson, and he was also great to work with. I highly recommend this locally owned business to anyone and everyone.

Dr. Poveromo was very nice and professional. She was knowledgeable and explained things in a way that was easy to comprehend. The clinic is very nice and clean the woman at the front desk was attentive and kind.
