Eyes and vision worse than before Dr. Chang surgery. I would recommend this doctor be avoided at all costs!

Dr. Chang listens and is meticulous in her approach, treatments and communications. If you have to trust someone with your eyes, she is a great choice

I have truly enjoyed having Dr. Edwards as my eye care provider for many years. She is worthy of 5 stars. Sadly, I will be taking my eye care business to a freedom friendly practice. Heart of America continues to force the wearing of masks and I will no longer participate in the insanity.

I drive 45 minutes one way to see Dr. Edwards as I moved since I originally started seeing her. She is a wonderful OD and person. I am thankful for her guidance in my eye care.

I had a great experience with the Eye Center of Shawnee staff for my appointment, and Joanna in the Vision Center helped me afterward. She was very kind, answering all my questions about prices for each set of lenses and helping me pick the best option for me. **update 2 years later**: Toya was an absolute dream to work with!!! We had so much fun picking out my glasses, she was practical and complimentary. She made me feel comfortable and beautiful. We picked out the best lens options for me too, and they have helped my night driving so much! Thank you Toya!

Go somewhere else! The people that work there act as if you're inconveniencing them when you ask for help. They messed my mom's order and didn't apologize when we had to go back twice! I second the review that said they are rude and lazy. They say as little to you as possible and are the furthest thing from friendly. You can find similar prices online or elsewhere, trust me!

Dr. Florkowski did my LASIK surgery three months ago, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The doctor and his staff provided very thorough information on the LASIK process and offered plenty of opportunities to ask questions, both at the pre-op consultation and the day of surgery. The receptionist and billing contact went above and beyond to ensure that my insurance discount was applied. The staff at the surgery center were so kind, and I could tell they really care about their patients. Dr. Florkowski made the procedure as easy and painless as possible, and described what he was doing as it happened. Numbing drops and a mild sedative are given before surgery, so I felt no pain, just slight pressure. I did experience pain for a few hours after surgery, but this is to be expected, and it was 100% worth it. Pricing is reasonable and payment plans are available via Care Credit. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Dr. Florkowski, for giving me the privilege of never wearing glasses again!
