My eye doc for years . Find one you trust and like. He is one I trust for my eyes . And makes adjustments so I don't have to struggle so much w my stigmatism. Much appreciated

I’ve been a customer here for about three years. They are fast, friendly, and conveniently located in my city. I highly recommend associates in family eye care - they seem to really care about their patients.

UPDATE: the next pair was also incorrect-- this time the frames were right but had the wrong lenses in them. They said it was another lab issue and they couldn't fix them again because insurance wouldn't pay another time for the right kind of lenses. What? Why was insurance even billed in the first place, let alone twice, when she never got her correct glasses?! She was forced to come home with glasses she couldn't even wear and had to wait to change doctors to get CORRECT glasses made. And I'm sorry if it's really all the lab's fault, but even then, these docs need to stop using that lab if they're this incompetent. It makes the whole practice look bad and wastes patient time and money. --- The only reason they are getting two stars is becuse my mom said that they seemed pretty nice. But other than that, I would not go here. They cannot get glasses correct to save their lives. The first pair she paid for she couldn't even see out of, and so she had to go back in for another appointment and get glasses made all over again. She goes to pick them up, and they are the wrong glasses! They put her lenses in someone else's frames, and couldn't do anything about it and said it was the lab's fault and that she would have to wait until they reordered them. They told her to just go ahead and wear the wrong glasses until they got her correct frames and stuff in, but that didn't even work out. Less than 5 hours after receiving these incorrect glasses, they literally fell apart as she was walking along. If she hadn't been quick in catching the two pieces, the lenses would have shattered on the floor. It looks like whoever put these together snapped the one ear piece on and didn't even bother to add screws, because there are two screw brackets that had nothing in them. I find it highly improbable that both screws would just fall out at the exact same time and disappear into the ether. Not only that, the frames appear to be defective because she actually went to a different vision center to just see if they could put the earpiece back on temporarily, and they couldn't even get a screw into the brackets they were so malformed. I've called and left several messages on her behalf to see if they could put a rush on her correct glasses, considering she now has nothing except for her really old prescription that she can't see out of, but she has yet to receive any calls back concerning this matter, and it doesn't matter what time of day I call, I just get the after hours business recording saying they are closed. Considering that her glasses cost over $300, this is absolutely ridiculous.

After choosing 20/20 vision of Rochester, I couldn't be happier. I felt welcomed and staff member Michelle offered personable care to help me pick the most flattering glasses. This office has the best customer service I've ever had and I am a senior. You will not be disappointed.

I had 2 chalazion surgeries performed here by Dr. Mayberry. Everything went well. Some staff are very nice and polite. Dr. Mayberry explained every step to me as she performed the surgery. Overall, great experience with them. It gets pretty busy sometimes, but you should be fine if you schedule an appointment in advanced.

I brought my adult son to the N Royalton location for a vision exam. We were referred by our regular optometrist because of vision issues not corrected with glasses. After a thorough exam, he said we should get an exam to determine primitive reflexes as this would affect any vision therapy going forward. I understood completely and scheduled the additional evaluation. He does have primitive reflexes in place and the evaluation was thorough. Not only did the office explain what was going on, but offered hope in getting him to a better position through therapy. VDT addresses issues that exist outside of the yearly health/wellness exam at your PCP office. If you have someone you care about who struggles in school or work or just life in general and you don’t know why, you should bring them to VDT to be checked out.

My girlfriend & I have driven my grandmother multiple times from Philadelphia to receive therapy & eye care products from the clinic. She is very happy with the care she has received! My girlfriend & I always enjoy the chocolate treats provided by the clinic after every visit! Very friendly staff!

Last year's prescription was amazing, but this year, not so much. Astigmatism is hard to correct. They ran a SCAM on glasses. My eyesight is so bad that lenses usually run me $700. They had "free frames," and I wanted to take advantage of the offer, but not spend the full $700, so I got glasses with no vision correction. They only had a tint/coating that is supposed to reduce the starbursts at night from astigmatism. The picture shows a dramatic change from giant starbursts to virtually perfect night vision. So I got my free frames and spent $90 on the "magical" lens coating. I wore them at night, over my contacts, as instructed. It literally made everything slightly worse. Went in and found out that the coating is only supposed to do a 10% improvement. There is NOTHING on the ad to say pic does not represent actual results, and the staff didn't tell me. 4 trips to the office and lots of trial and error, and they *finally* refunded me. ***last year's review*** Dr. Simon Yeung is ***amazing***!!! I didn't know I was running around in terrible contacts. I thought it was just my terrible eyesight. I put in the first contact and was amazed. I put in the second and was awestruck, just staring at things all over the office. I will be coming back. I'm willing to drive 90 minutes. He's an excellent optometrist!
