Totally welcoming atmosphere. The opticians are friendly and are there to help. I’ve brought glasses back for adjustment and they know how to change this or that so the glasses fit perfectly. Dr Rollins is very knowledgeable. He’s easy going and makes me feel comfortable as he examines my eyesight. The office and exam room are spotless and clean. I’m totally satisfied with Dr Rollins and I look forward to future appointments with him and his staff.

Im always pleased with my visits. He tells me how my eyes are doing and what i need to do or not do. Ive been getting injections in my eyes for 13 years.

Took my roommate to pick up his glasses and t H e glasses are not right so they had to redo them still not right. Expensive to. He has to have his eyes reexamine d. Hope the 3rd time is a charm.

I was sure I was losing my eye sight or at least was facing surgery. Dr Hull put me at ease immediately. He assured me in a couple of months I'll be back to full sight. He and the entire staff are awesome.

The way they do their billing is a testament to how broken the US healthcare system is. Whether I can criticize Naperville Eye Associates for caring about nothing but short-term profitability in a healthcare system that operates pretty much like a free market economy is a question I do not have an answer to, what I do know tho is that there are many places out there that do care about other things too such as long-term trust and relationship with patients, and I will never, ever, go back to this place.

Dr. Sasala was super professional and his staff Sarah and Dee were super awesome! Definently found an awesome eye doctor and his staff made me feel super welcome!
