Dr. Gutierrez is one of the best experiences I have encountered since having my eyes examined! The entire staff was extremely friendly and professional from the time I walked into the office until my exit. I highly recommend this office for all of your eye care needs.

I highly recommend having your glasses repaired here. I have a pair of Tom Ford that several other eye establishments said the could not fix. I was very satisfied when I got my glasses back.

Horrible service and cost! Plan on spending a considerable amount of time there, if do you plan on having any interaction with this department. It took over 2 hours to just order a box of contacts. Also, do not expect the optometrist or staff to listen to any requests. The entire point of switching to Sam's Club was to save money on contacts and we let them know that at every step. Unfortunately, that is kind of hard to do when they wrote the prescription for only top of the line options. Go somewhere else, if you want any customer service at all!

Dr. Klein is an attentive, personable, and professional doctor. We've been seeing him for at least 10 years. He's fantastic and we enjoy seeing him! Dr. Klein has performed 3 surgeries on my husband. Husband was well taken care of for each surgery. We'll continue to see him, and look forward to each visit. He has a great staff!

I recently spoke with a person at this office about LASIK. It was perhaps one the most bizarre conversations I’ve ever had with a doctors office. The person who answered went on a rant about how expensive it is and discredited everything my insurance company said about the referral to this office. Needless to say, she talked me out of getting LASIK surgery, at this office anyway!

Dr Hayes is such an amazing physician, she explained everything very clearly and was very efficient in during my exam. The staff were lovely as well and the office itself was very well put together and clean. I look forward to continuing my care at this practice 👍 …

For 8 years windmill eye Associates had a five star review with me.. Every year I scheduled my routine eye exam..and had a couple emergency appointments..used the same insurance evey time.. I moved 86 miles away..kept them informed of my situation but wanted to stay going to them because Dr Lozada did such a awesome job treating me for sjogren's and diabetes.. Appointment made 2 weeks in advance.. made the drive and they informed me. They are no longer taking my insurance..no sympathy for my waisted trip.. They said we can still see you, but we'll have to bill you out-of-pocket.. When asked why I wasn't notified of this change. They said that they saw I had other insurance and assumed that would take care of it. Every year before they would run a prior authorization to make sure it was covered and not too soon to schedule.. Ask to speak to a supervisor no one ever called me back..I called a couple of times they're like What do you want? They became rude. Saw a female dr there once that made me feel dirty and disgusting for being poor with state insurance..as she flaunted her designer clothes and gaudy gold jewelry..hmm wonder why Dr Lozada really left 🤔 good luck to him..i will try and see where he moved on to..

Dr, Eason is very patient and caring. He takes time to explain things. I highly recommend him. The office staff and technicians are well trained.

Dr. Norman is very thorough and takes his time in explaining to me my diagnosis and addresses any concerns. He has been my doctor for the past decade and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a good Opthomologist and Lazer doctor.

Dr Partin is very professional and thorough. She has been handling my post- operative care since my eye surgeries by Dr Sarkisian.You can tell she is a very caring and compassionate Doctor.Dr Partin and Dr Sarkisian make a great team.The staff there also get 5 stars. They are all outstanding in what they do.You can tell as a patient it’s a team effort to give you the best quality care possible.May God bless you for all that you do in helping others. Robert Harlow
